Last night I did the Hatha Yoga video.  Wow!  I fell asleep during the meditation as it was getting very late.

I woke feeling fantastic today. 

I watched some of Devi's performance again today.

She is truly amazing and at 67 years old. 

Yes - you both have every right to be very proud.

You are spreading God's work. 

It is so beautiful in countless ways; both of your work and mission.   

I feel exuberant as I continue to watch your videos, practice meditation, and read your literature. 

It is so refreshing to feel good again and be so positive.

I did feel some negativity slip in though in recent days. 

I am trying to forgive myself and work through this after it happens & when if I catch myself. 

Yet this negativity is nothing like before. 

No raging as I walk around my house. 

I just realize that I reacted to device problems and a trip to the sprint store, some problems with credit card charges.

I am pondering these things and attempting to forgive myself and let go of anything I am not happy with on my end.

And of course continuing with the meditations and videos.  Today I listened to all of the videos of initiation four. 

First I watched the last three.  Then I watched the first video again while exercising with hand held weights.  When finished I moved onto the second video with the guided meditation.  This was my second time through this meditation.  I listened to the first video many times over the last few days while doing other things.  I want to ensure I get everything. 

My ability to focus though is getting much better.

 I was glad I listened to video 1 again because I heard the part about some people getting help from angels as they travel through the Moon.  I am a cancer by zodiac.  I have always felt a strong connection with the moon. 

As I did this meditation today, while at the moon I opened my pink heart shaped door to my Antahkarana for three angels who entered and stayed with me to help me on my journey out into infinity up to God and with removing blockages. 

I thought I would like to draw my Antahkarana.  I am gifted in music, dance, math, baking and cooking amongst other things, but I have never had a natural talent for drawing.  I will try anyways, for the fun of it.

The connection to the flame in the earth's core came quickly. 

I was imagining the golden cord and white light surrounding my Antahkarana moving faster than the speed of light. 

I saw the golden cord coming up through the base of the Antahkarana filling my Antahkarana with healthy golden light. 

I was continually correcting my posture when my awareness led me too do so.  I experienced pain in my pelvic area that became intense and even sharp. 

I realized this happened most when I allowed the curvature in my lower spine to properly relax.

I tend to tighten this area, straightening the spine behind my pelvis. 

I realized I am doing this to protect and avoid feeling the pain. 

I worked with the pelvic pain, blowing and painting the golden energy into this area. 

The angels were helping to ease tensions, rubbing my shoulders for a few seconds along with the lower back, lovingly encouraging me to relax these areas that I tend to tighten. 

I started vomiting the black goo. 

Then I saw the black goo coming out of my navel, vagina, ears and even my nose, when my mouth was closed. 
The angels lovingly got a golden basin to collect the black goo and sent it away in a chute of golden energy back down to the center of the earth. 

I experienced knee pain in my right knee and another time in my left knee. 

I resisted the temptation to move and visualized the golden cord working the heat into these areas as well. 

Black goo continued to leave my orifices; sometimes in a stream and sometimes in spurts. 

The angels and I continued collecting the back goo, sending it away with the golden cord to be dissipated in the center of the earth.

It was a good session. 

My body feels strong and I feel positive. 

In regards to relationship problems I tend to get guilt when I set firm boundaries with people. 

I heard Honey talk about how she wanted to spread the message of enlightenment to others before achieving it herself. 

I realize that it is part ego that feels "I" can fix these relationships. 

I realize now is time for me to work on myself and lovingly create firm boundaries with confusing and/or abusive people.   

In time I will see the truth about them and our relationships.

I am curious about my zodiac chart and astrology in general so I looked up the page where you discuss these things. 

I will continue studying. 

I am sure I will be writing back before then about my meditations.

I will listen to the last three videos of initiation 4 one more time and then I plan to move onto initiation 5.  Very exciting for me!
