To finish talking about the heart chakra, I would like to reveal to you another of its features, which, as a rule, eludes you.
This is its ability not only to dissolve negative energies, but also to have a calming effect on all excessive emotions, even positive ones.
It is human nature to go to extremes - in joy and sorrow, sadness and joy, in love and hate, enthusiasm and disappointment...
Few people manage to find the golden mean and always be in a calm, harmonious state.
But this is precisely where the greatest wisdom lies – that very pinnacle of spiritual maturity that only a few souls incarnate on earth have managed to reach.
Thus, excessive joy, delight, admiration, adoration, euphoria have no less destructive effect on your heart chakra than your negative emotions.
Divine energies of Love are always CALM, because they carry within themselves the understanding and acceptance of everything that exists on earth, they do not know division and perceive everything that happens as a pattern, based on cause-and-effect relationships.
A person who has united with his soul and possesses the consciousness of the God-man looks at everything that happens with a wise smile on his face, with good humor, accepting all people as they are, and loving all their virtues and shortcomings.
He perceives life as an exciting performance with many characters. He enjoys the performance of each "actor", regardless of whether he plays an angel or a villain, and gives him all his love.
But this does not mean at all that such a person does not know how to truly rejoice and live “to the fullest.”
It’s just that for him, joy and happiness have already moved to another plane, to another dimension, where other energies and other laws reign.
But let's return to our heart chakra.
Let's see how she reacts, for example, to your stormy delight?
At such moments, a powerful energy release occurs, which disrupts the calm flow of energies along the chakra “column”.
This delight can have a variety of origins.
For example, the excitement of sports fans carries with it the energies of division and destruction, since they only want their own team to succeed and crave the defeat of the other. And in this case, the lowest chakras are involved, which deal a powerful blow to the heart chakra, which is forced to restrain the flow of these emotions.
But the delight of fans of artists, musicians or singers, their overflowing “adoration” is no better, since worship of an idol is the same division that generates low vibration energies.
Of course, you can greet them with applause, but let it be only an external manifestation of respect for them, and internally quietly and calmly thank them for their talent, for the pleasure they have given you, with a clear understanding that this is their mission on earth, which they fulfill with dignity, giving people joy. And you have your own mission, as do all the other people around you.
Of course, it is most difficult to contain your emotions when it comes to your children or your loved ones, but even in this case you need to try to look at them with detachment and calmness.
Your love should be reasonable, which will help you and your children maintain peace of mind and avoid excessive emotions.
Never allow your emotions to spill over and cause wounds to your heart chakra.
Take care of it! Make sure that the energy flows through you calmly, evenly and harmoniously, maintaining balance between all your chakras.
Learn to live in such a way that nothing can upset you - neither in joy nor in sorrow.
