Hello, my dear beloved children!

In continuation of my previous message, today I want to tell you about another reason that can become an obstacle for a person to feeling energies and developing his subtle senses.

This is his excessive immersion in the material world.

And in this case I mean a person’s desire to cover too much of a wide variety of tasks.

Many people do not know how to wisely distribute their energy, taking on an excessive burden of everyday problems, which they often create for themselves.

As a result of physical exhaustion, they no longer have the energy or moral strength for anything more, beyond the material world they are accustomed to.

This is especially true for older people who have lived a difficult life and have not learned to truly rest, continuing by inertia to burden themselves with all sorts of things, thereby filling their day to the limit.

What does it mean to “really relax”?

Of course, each person understands this in their own way, but most often it means a change in activity - from mandatory to free.

This could be reading books, watching movies, walking in nature, taking up some hobby – anything but communicating with yourself or, more precisely, with your Soul.

Why do many people try to fill every minute of their lives with something?

Most often, it’s because they don’t see themselves as a worthy “interlocutor,” and it simply doesn’t occur to them that they can “talk” with him.

But in fact, all you need to do to achieve this is just be alone with yourself in silence, completely relaxed and driving away all extraneous thoughts.

It can't even be called meditation. Rather, it is an immersion into oneself .

And if you develop the habit of devoting at least a few minutes a day to such communication with yourself, the results will not be long in coming.

Your Soul will finally be able to get through to you and convey to you something important and truly necessary for you.

After all, this is how a person gets clues and answers to many of his questions that he cannot find.

This immersion into yourself also helps to reveal your energetic potential, which will gradually lead you to a subtle feeling of energies and your chakras.

Learn, my dear ones, to listen to the silence within your own energetic space, which will give you many pleasant discoveries and take you to a new level of your spiritual development.
