Equinox Practice from the Blue AviansOn the day of Equinox (and the three days surrounding it), find a natural place—if possible, one that feels quiet, magnetic, and open.
Sit or stand upon the Earth with bare feet or with your hands gently touching a tree or rock.
Breathe in for a count of 7, hold for 3, breathe out for 7. Do this rhythm until your field softens and expands.
Visualize yourself entering a golden portal of light, shaped like an infinity loop turned upright. This is the gate to spherical time.
Ask: What higher Earth am I ready to step into?
Listen. The answer may come as a feeling, a vision, or simply a softening.
Offer gratitude. Bow to the Earth. You are co-creating the new timeline by choosing it in this now.
