Eat Light / Fast – In the days leading up to the initiation, nourish your body with light foods or practice fasting according to your own rhythm. This helps clear density and opens the energetic channels.
Silence & Inner Stillness – Spend time in contemplation, away from distractions, allowing yourself to attune to subtler frequencies. The more inner stillness you cultivate, the more deeply you will receive.
