These are not truths. These are programs.

And they can be rewritten.

Channeling is not a gift,

It is not perfection.

It means to listen deeply to the whispers of the Universe.

So first, we invite you to observe the expectations.

Are you trying to receive fireworks? A voice in thunder?

Or can you be still enough to notice the whisper,

the flicker, the subtle pull of your heart?

Close your eyes.

Feel your body: your hands, your chest, your feet.

Then gently move your attention to the space around your body.

Feel the air that surrounds you.

Sense the field.

Breathe into that space.

You enter a receiving state.

And now, you can ask:

“Is anyone here with a message of love?”

And wait.

Even if no words come, you are practicing the doorway.

Your field is learning to soften.

You are remembering.

One more key: Honour every message.

Even if it’s a single word, a feeling, or an image.

Say:

“Thank you. I know this is guidance.”
