The Arcturians originate from a crystal blue planet orbiting the star Arcturus. Arcturus is a red giant located in the constellation Bootes. Arcturus is also the brightest star in that constellation and it lies 36 light years from Earth.
Arcturians are the most advanced 5th Dimensional beings in this galaxy. They are spiritual, mental, and emotional Healers for all of humanity. They believe love is the primary element of life in the 5th density. The Arcturian civilizations are governed by ‘elders’ who are the wisest and highest in the spiritual ladder. The Arcturians are known as keepers of the stargate of the 5th dimension and beyond. The ones Diane encountered are short, have bluish skin and all back eyes with no whites. They are also very similar in appearance to humans as many alien races are. The Arcturians all live as one. There is no conflict, no secrets it is a place of higher learning of the divine laws.
