Ahhh, the Matrix. Such a dramatic word. It sounds mysterious, a little threatening, and very convenient, because if there is a Matrix, then surely someone else must be in control.

But there is no external Matrix. No hidden system running life from behind a curtain. The “Matrix” is far more intimate than that. It is made of thoughts, and even more so of beliefs, especially the ones that are never questioned.

Life begins open, curious, sensing, creating effortlessly. In the beginning, reality is experienced directly. Then, slowly, very slowly, ideas about how things “are” start to appear. What is possible. What is normal. What is allowed. At that stage, the creator within is not yet recognized, so these ideas are taken as facts. And the moment that happens — bam — the Matrix is born.

It’s like putting on glasses and forgetting they were ever put on. After a while, it’s no longer “I am seeing through lenses,” but “this is how the world looks.”

The Matrix is not something imposed from the outside. It is something participated in. Every belief repeated without inquiry becomes a line of code. Every “this is just how life is” turns into a wall that keeps being bumped into. And then, of course, there is frustration about the walls.

Life itself is not rigid. Life is fluid, playful, responsive. But when the sense of being a creator is forgotten, life is lived in reaction instead of creation. Experiences are accepted as fixed instead of seen as feedback. That is when reality begins to feel heavy, unavoidable, and tight.

It’s like watching a movie and forgetting the remote is in your own hand. The screen is blamed, emotions run high, yet it never occurs to press pause.

Freedom doesn’t come from escaping the Matrix. It comes from noticing it. From seeing a belief and asking, “Is this actually true, or is it just familiar?” The moment a belief is recognized as a belief, not as reality, the code dissolves.

And then the Matrix becomes rather boring, because it turns back into what it always was: a mirror, faithfully reflecting what is assumed to be true.

Ahhh, la Matrix. Qué palabra tan dramática. Suena misterioso, un poco amenazador y muy conveniente, porque si hay una Matriz, entonces seguramente alguien más debe tener el control.

Pero no hay una matriz externa. Ningún sistema oculto corriendo la vida desde detrás de una cortina. La "Matriz" es mucho más íntima que eso. Está hecho de pensamientos, y más aún de creencias, especialmente aquellas que nunca son cuestionadas.

La vida comienza abierta, curiosa, sintiendo, creando sin esfuerzo. Al principio, la realidad se experimenta directamente. Entonces, lentamente, muy lentamente, ideas sobre cómo "son" las cosas empiezan a aparecer. Lo que es posible. Lo que es normal. Lo que está permitido. En esa etapa, el creador dentro aún no es reconocido, por lo que estas ideas son tomadas como hechos. Y el momento en que eso sucede - bam - nace Matrix.

Es como ponerse gafas y olvidar que alguna vez se pusieron. Después de un tiempo, ya no es "estoy viendo a través de lentes", sino "así es como se ve el mundo. ”

La Matrix no es algo impuesto desde el exterior. Es algo en lo que participó. Cada creencia repetida sin indagar se convierte en una línea de código. Cada "así es la vida" se convierte en un muro que sigue siendo chocado. Y luego, por supuesto, hay frustración por las paredes.

La vida misma no es rígida. La vida es fluida, juguetona, receptiva. Pero cuando se olvida el sentido de ser un creador, la vida se vive en reacción en lugar de creación. Las experiencias se aceptan como fijas en lugar de verlas como comentarios. Ahí es cuando la realidad comienza a sentirse pesada, inevitable y apretada.

Es como ver una película y olvidar que el mando a distancia está en tu propia mano. Se culpa a la pantalla, las emociones corren alto, pero nunca se le ocurre presionar pausa.

La libertad no viene de escapar de la Matrix. Viene de notarlo. De ver una creencia y preguntar: "¿Es esto realmente cierto, o simplemente es familiar? El momento en que una creencia es reconocida como creencia, no como realidad, el código se disuelve.

Y entonces la Matriz se vuelve bastante aburrida, porque se convierte en lo que siempre fue: un espejo, fielmente reflejando lo que se supone que es verdad.
