My dear friends, we love you so very much,
As you prepare for your New Year, take a little time and ask yourself, "How do I want to move through the year? What type of person do I wish to be?" While resolutions, hopes, and dreams are important, who you choose to be has far more impact on your life than what you choose to do.
Our wish is that you choose to be kind, compassionate, and loving—and that you extend this grace first to yourselves. Our wish is that rather than trying to be the one who is "right," you strive to be one who is understanding. Rather than being judgmental, perhaps you can make peace with simply discerning what and who is right for your own life.
Dear ones, you can be the light, the love, and the peace that you truly are. You can be the lovers when others hate. You can be the uplifters rather than those who commiserate with the negativity around you. You can be the peacekeepers while others divide. You can be the ones who see the value in all things and all beings—and who are willing to dive a little deeper to understand one another rather than judge.
Your world needs this light, love, and understanding. It needs this grace. And it must start with one soul at a time—one brave soul who chooses to love and care for themselves first, and then extends that kindness outward.
You need not save the world. You need not like or agree with all that you see. But you can extend love as an act of grace by simply praying for all, imagining light flowing toward all, or glowing within all. You can turn the other cheek, away from the darkness, and focus instead on the love that is flowing to you at all times.
You can be the ones—perhaps the one—who creates the tipping point on your Earth toward peace.
So as you focus on your resolutions, hopes, and dreams, by all means, we want every single one of your wishes to come true. And we will, as you allow, guide you to them. Our offer to love you and calibrate your energy is there every minute of every day, whenever you choose to sit, breathe, and receive.
Most of all, however, we wish for you a year of feeling like the real you—the lover that you are, the peaceful soul that you are, the one who values yourself, your time, and your resources enough to take care of yourself first, to fill the well, and then spill your love out into the world.

Mientras se preparan para el Año Nuevo, tómense un tiempo para preguntarse: "¿Cómo quiero transitar el año? ¿Qué tipo de persona quiero ser?". Si bien las resoluciones, las esperanzas y los sueños son importantes, la persona que elijan ser tiene un impacto mucho mayor en su vida que lo que elijan hacer.
Nuestro deseo es que elijan ser amables, compasivos y amorosos, y que se extiendan esta gracia primero a ustedes mismos. Nuestro deseo es que, en lugar de intentar ser el que tiene la razón, se esfuercen por ser comprensivos. En lugar de juzgar, quizás puedan encontrar la paz simplemente discerniendo qué y quién es correcto para su propia vida.
Queridos, pueden ser la luz, el amor y la paz que realmente son. Pueden ser los amantes cuando otros odian. Pueden ser los que animan en lugar de los que se compadecen de la negatividad que los rodea. Pueden ser los guardianes de la paz mientras otros dividen. Pueden ser quienes ven el valor de todas las cosas y todos los seres, y quienes están dispuestos a profundizar un poco más para comprenderse mutuamente en lugar de juzgar.
Su mundo necesita esta luz, amor y comprensión. Necesita esta gracia. Y debe comenzar con un alma a la vez: un alma valiente que elige amarse y cuidarse primero, y luego extiende esa bondad hacia el exterior.
No necesitan salvar el mundo. No necesitan gustar o estar de acuerdo con todo lo que ven. Pero pueden extender el amor como un acto de gracia simplemente rezando por todos, imaginando que la luz fluye hacia todos o brilla dentro de todos. Pueden poner la otra mejilla, alejarse de la oscuridad y, en cambio, concentrarse en el amor que fluye hacia ustedes en todo momento.
Pueden ser quienes, quizás, creen el punto de inflexión en su Tierra hacia la paz .
Así que, mientras se enfocan en sus propósitos, esperanzas y sueños, sin duda, queremos que cada uno de sus deseos se haga realidad. Y, si lo permiten, los guiaremos hacia ellos. Nuestra oferta de amarte y calibrar tu energía está ahí cada minuto de cada día, cuando elijas sentarte, respirar y recibir.
Pero sobre todo, te deseamos un año en el que te sientas como tu verdadero yo: el amante que eres, el alma en paz que eres, quien se valora a sí mismo, a su tiempo y a sus recursos lo suficiente como para cuidarte primero, llenar el pozo y luego derramar tu amor al mundo.
