At the beginning of each new year, you have the opportunity to set the vibrational tone for the upcoming year. To assist you with this process we recommend the following: On New Year's Eve, we invite you to ask yourself these questions: 1. "What and who am I grateful for in 2025?" List all experiences from 2025 and especially focus on the feeling of them. Include as much detail as you can. Amplify these feelings. This will generate very positive vibrational energies. Next, let's project into the future your desired reality. 2. "How do I want to feel by the end of the year 2026?" This is a powerful question, as it is aligning you with your new trajectory into 2026. When you focus your answer on the "feeling," you will activate a powerful engine that will allow for the Universe/God/Source to create the perfect experience for you and one that is of the Highest Good. This future experience will represent all the feelings you are focusing on. You can answer this question by looking at different areas of your life: Health, Love, Abundance, Purpose, Spirituality, Contribution to the Greater Good and so forth... Sit with the feeling and vibrational frequencies of what you have focused on. At midnight, as the New Year 2026 begins, release your future projection into the hands of the Universe/God/Source.
