And I’m continuing to do so. However, I’m also noticing that for me at least, right now I’m getting the most spiritual growth from returning to the world and interacting with people in conventional ways, and just trying to slightly improve things around me and help people. People are different and on different paths, but I’m writing this to remind people that there is a tremendous amount of spiritual growth you can get from simply being in the world, interacting with people, and just trying to make things slightly better and help people slightly in conventional ways. While not letting people abuse you, and while guarding your own boundaries. It’s completely fine to just not interact with people who refuse to honor your boundaries. I get that this isn’t everyone’s path, but just being in the world and participating is an incredibly challenging task to take on, and it’s one that can give people a whole lot of soul growth. Frankly right now I think I’m growing more from just trying to make things slightly better at my workplace than if I went on a spiritual retreat. Of course some of you are way ahead of me, having already realized this and are already doing this. Still, I think there’s value in me writing this because I think some spiritual people are in resistance to just being in the world, interacting with normal people, trying to make things better in conventional ways, et cetera. There are things you can learn that way that you don’t learn on a yoga mat. With all my love, A.S. AS: Regreso al mundo 13 DE FEBRERO   LEER EN LA APLICACIÓN   Mis queridos amigos, Personalmente, me beneficié mucho de unas dos décadas de práctica espiritual, investigando la verdad, contactando con nuestra familia galáctica, etc. Y sigo haciéndolo. Sin embargo, también estoy notando que al menos para mí, en este momento estoy obteniendo el mayor crecimiento espiritual al regresar al mundo e interactuar con la gente de formas convencionales, y simplemente tratar de mejorar ligeramente las cosas a mi alrededor y ayudar a la gente. Las personas son diferentes y siguen caminos diferentes, pero escribo esto para recordarles que se puede lograr un enorme crecimiento espiritual simplemente estando en el mundo, interactuando con la gente y tratando de mejorar un poco las cosas y ayudar a la gente de maneras un poco convencionales. Mientras no permitas que te abusen y mantengas tus límites, está bien no interactuar con quienes se niegan a respetarlos. Entiendo que este no es el camino de todos, pero el simple hecho de estar en el mundo y participar es una tarea increíblemente desafiante, y puede brindar a las personas un gran crecimiento espiritual. Francamente, ahora mismo creo que estoy creciendo más simplemente intentando mejorar un poco las cosas en mi trabajo que si fuera a un retiro espiritual. Claro que algunos de ustedes me llevan mucha ventaja, pues ya se han dado cuenta de esto y ya lo están haciendo. Aun así, creo que escribir esto tiene valor porque creo que algunas personas espirituales se resisten a simplemente estar en el mundo, a interactuar con la gente normal, a intentar mejorar las cosas de forma convencional, etc. Hay cosas que se pueden aprender de esa manera que no se aprenden en una esterilla de yoga.
