The incoming energies and photon uploads, are affecting our latent Thymus chakra coming on line. This latent chakra is located between your current Heart Chakra and Throat Chakra. Many are feeling a heaviness or a tingling in their upper chest. This is your latent chakra integrating with the chakra below (heart) and chakra above (throat). For further information, here's an excerpt from Sheldan's book, "You Are Becoming a Galactic Human":

As your body is changing from a purely physical form to a somewhat more etheric thought form, it will have an exceptional immune system that is extremely strong and viable. You will use the thymus center to act as the focus of all activities. The Thymus gland is presently one of the most misunderstood glands of the human body. This paradox concerns the Thymus sensitivity to radiation. The high levels of radiation in your planet's atmosphere that created aging were produced when it was ripped asunder by catastrophic events during your antediluvian histories about 6,000 years ago (see chapters 5 & 6). This radiation caused the thymus center in humans to rapidly deteriorate by early childhood and to shrink from an organ almost the size of the human heart to an organ about the size of a small pea.

As the new human body advances to galactic form after the photon's arrival, the Thymus will only shrink from the size of your present human heart to a size about one-third of the human heart. What this means is that your Thymus center will remain as active and as virile in the adult body as it was in the body of a new born. The ability of the human body to ward off all kinds of diseases and any difficulties associated with the environments will, therefore, remain extremely high and the Thymus will not shrink as one grows older. In other words, this new thymus center will make aging practically non-existent among galactic humans.

To help you regulate your thymus, taking iodine is recommended. We are becoming Galactic Humans and I am excited to see the Divine Plan unfold before our very eyes.

Mother Earth’s Secret | The Celestial White Beings

Greetings beloved beacons of light, we are the Celestial White Beings. We come forth with our celestial vibrations of white colors of light. We wish to support you in your spiritual evolution upon the earth and your remembrance of your truth, your essence and Creator presence within your being.

Today we wish to speak of Mother Earth’s secret.

Mother Earth holds such truth and wisdom within her being, not only within the core of her essence and her energy fields, but also within everything she creates; all the plants, the trees, even within animals, insects and elementals.

Within all of nature, you will discover Mother Earth’s secret and, of course, if you connect with any area of nature, you can access this secret. You can also access it directly from Mother Earth.

It is yours to access; it is not something that you are denied. It is waiting…like a treasure…waiting to be found, to be grasped, to be collected, to be embodied.

However, when you do wish to collect and embody Mother Earth’s secret, there will be a need for you to hold a certain vibration; a deep love of Mother Earth and nature, an intention of supporting Mother Earth and nature, and a deep connection within yourself with the Creator.

When you approach Mother Earth or any part of nature from this space, and you request to access Mother Earth’s secret, then it will be granted to you. Whether you understand it or not does not matter. It is the embodiment of it, so that gradually the information, the knowledge and the wisdom will filter into your being, your awareness, your actions and your thoughts.

So, what is Mother Earth’s secret?

It is that Mother Earth holds the truth; the truth of everything and everyone. She holds the understanding and wisdom of how the earth was created, even how the universe was created. She holds the understanding of how plants, animals and even humans were created. She holds the understanding of where the earth is going, what ascension is occurring, what the future holds, what the goal is, and what the greatest potential and outcome for the earth and all beings is.

She also holds the truth, the wisdom and the understanding of how to access the greatest potential of the earth, of living on the earth; how to bring greater mastery to your being so that you may exist as a master on the earth accessing everything that is needed, allowing yourself to be fulfilled and allowing yourself to understand so that your actions come from a space of knowingness and truth.

Mother Earth holds the potential…the greatest potential…for you, incarnate upon the Earth in this lifetime.

She can remind you of your past and simultaneous lifetimes. She can remind you why you are here. She can remind you how to access fulfillment for yourself.

In truth, any question that you have, she has the truth, the knowledge and the wisdom to answer. The secret is that you are existing upon the Earth and that the truth/the remembrance/the knowingness/the understanding that you seek within your being is actually all around you; in nature – even in the wind and the rain and the sun.

The truth is in Mother Earth’s energy that embraces you. It’s right there waiting for you to access it, waiting for you to embody and bring that treasured information into your being.

It’s the same for every being. Everything they need to know, Mother Earth is holding; how to solve problems, how to respect and treat the Earth, how to create peace.

Mother Earth has the answers and she is waiting. She is not keeping it from you. She already has her hands out and open, ready to receive you and to share, in such a loving way, all that is appropriate and needed.

Are you ready to enter into Mother Earth’s loving arms?

Are you ready to receive the truth that Mother Earth wishes to share with you?

Each person may receive a different truth from Mother Earth and that is okay. The truth is vast and expansive and each person simply gains a glimpse although it may feel like a major download. In the greater schemes of things, it is simply a glimpse.

Mother Earth is waiting to share and there is only a need for you to be open to receive it.

As we shared earlier, take time to contemplate and cultivate your love for nature and Mother Earth. Build its energy within your being. Take time to contemplate/cultivate your connection with the Creator and let that energy build inside of you. Take time to contemplate/cultivate your service; that you can make a difference in the world, that your actions and your thoughts matter.

Let all this build within your being as an energy and a light. Let it fill your auric field, then call Mother Earth forth and share with her that you wish to enter into her loving arms, and that you are ready to receive her truth.

That is all that needs to be done.

When you connect with Mother Earth in this way, you are also connecting with the deep knowingness and truth within your being, because maybe the greatest secret is that Mother Earth has all this knowledge and wisdom because you are emanating it – everyone in the world is emanating it – and Mother Earth is simply reflecting it back to you so that you may see/sense/acknowledge it more clearly, so in fact, who holds the secret?

The Alchemist of Elysium

Elara lived in Elysium, a city shrouded in the shadow of the collective anxieties of its inhabitants. Every citizen carried an invisible burden—a ‘Shadow,’ as they called it—an energetic knot of their deepest, unacknowledged, limiting beliefs. Elara’s shadow was a shimmering, translucent veil that whispered doubts about her artistic talent, convincing her that her paintings were destined for obscurity. She yearned to paint with the vibrant hues she saw in her dreams, but her hand always faltered, guided by the dull palette of her self-doubt.

The city’s wise elder, Kahu Ipo, often spoke of the ‘Heart-Song,’ an inner melody that could shatter the Shadows. He taught that fear was the true architect of their limitations, and that their inner feelings and the qualities of their thoughts and emotions are the key to unlocking people’s true potential. Elara, like many, listened but struggled to internalize her words. Elara’s Shadow, ever present, reinforced the notion that such wisdom was for others, not for a mediocre artist like her.

One day, a young boy approached Elara. His Shadow was a small and barely visible. His name was Myhe. He asked her to paint a portrait of his pet, a vibrant, iridescent bird. As Elara began, her Shadow intensified, whispering its usual criticisms. But Myhe, with his innocent, unwavering belief in her, radiated a pure, high-frequency joy. His presence was a stark contrast to her internal monologue. Elara noticed that when she focused on Myhe’s genuine excitement, her Shadow seemed to thin, its whispers less potent. Kahu Ipo’s words echoed in Elara’s mind: “If we are judgmental toward someone, we are that person in our greater consciousness, and we apply that judgment to ourselves subconsciously.”

Elara realized she had been judging herself, enforcing her own limitations. She had been so focused on her perceived flaws that she hadn’t allowed the natural flow of creativity to express itself. She decided to apply Kahu Ipo’s wisdom to herself. Instead of judging her brushstrokes, she began to infuse them with compassion, with the same acceptance she would offer a struggling child. As she painted, she intentionally shifted her thoughts from self-criticism to appreciation for the act of creation itself. She focused on the vibrant colors of Myhe’s bird, allowing her intuition to guide her hand.

The more she embraced this positive, high-frequency state, the more her Shadow receded. It didn’t vanish entirely, but its grip loosened, its whispers fading into a distant sound. Her brushstrokes became bolder, the colors on her canvas mirroring the vividness of her inner vision. When the portrait was complete, it was a masterpiece. The bird seemed to leap from the canvas, its feathers shimmering with an otherworldly light. Myhe gasped, his eyes wide with wonder. Elara looked at her painting, then at her hands, and finally, at the faint, almost transparent wisp that was once her oppressive Shadow. She understood then that her outer experience had indeed changed, not because her environment had shifted, but because her powerfully-directed intentions, aligned with the Heart-Song of her Being, had transformed her inner reality. She was no longer just a painter; she was an alchemist of her own existence, capable of transforming doubt into dazzling creation, one compassionate brushstroke at a time. Elysium, she realized, was not a city of shadows, but a canvas awaiting its true colors, waiting for each inhabitant to become their own alchemist.
