Our Response: Peace on Earth There are no words to describe the pain and anguish we, along with countless others, feel about the crisis in the Middle East. It’s important to remember that we are all connected as beings of love, light, and peace. We are challenged at our very core to hold onto that love, light, and peace, even as we shed tears and navigate these challenging times. In our UPLIFT community, we remain absolutely committed to Peace on Earth. We envision a Higher Consciousness Humanity, where we live in this world with compassion, kindness, and respect for each other and Mother Nature, while doing no harm. We are the ones living this into reality. Do not underestimate the power of your impact in contributing to Peace on Earth. UPLIFT has been steadfastly supporting a remarkable project in Jerusalem for years: the Katamon Neighbourhood League. This project has been a shining example of how mutual respect and unity can thrive. At the heart of their mission lies the conviction that children are our future. Katamon Neighbourhood League is a program that welcomes children and families from all the many different religions, economic backgrounds, and cultures in Jerusalem, uniting them through the sport of soccer, within the spirit of Love in Action. They share experiences of play, laughter, and interaction that build bridges, relationships, and friendships between these diverse communities. This project is a living example of our vision: Higher Consciousness Humanity.

What can we do right now? Send your blessings for Peace on Earth. Take a moment to immerse yourself in the positive, high frequency energies of love, light, and peace within you. Feel how these vibrations impact the collective consciousness including yourself, others, and the world. Take a few minutes to do this every day.

Here are some suggestions for Peace and Love in Action Extend a warm greeting and wave to your neighbours. Silently in your mind say “bless you” to anyone and everyone throughout the day. Share a friendly smile with a stranger. Offer your assistance to someone in need. Radiate your positivity and kindness. Organize an inclusive neighbourhood event, such as art activities, a picnic, sports day, or potluck to bring diverse groups of people together.

Embrace curiosity, kindness, and compassion for yourself and others.
