The Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light: "We are here now. We love you. We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.

Beloved One, as you are moving through your ascension journey, your path is being orchestrated in a way that allows for you to release all old patterns and beliefs. Many of these old patterns and beliefs have accumulated over many lifetimes. They have been buried within your emotional body, physical body, mental body and energy body. You might be aware of some of them and have released them.  Then, there are those that have to be brought to the surface to be released. Your Higher Self is orchestrating circumstance and events to bring them to the forefront. This can be an intense experience and for many this is very frustrating. Oftentimes, you might wonder "I'm doing everything right on my spiritual path and now I'm finding myself in such a situation!" This is the time to know, that  you are seeing in the outside world what is reflecting on the inner world.  Ask yourself, "How does this situation make me feel? Does this feeling resemble any repeating patterns and beliefs about myself and others in my life?" Your answer will help you to release and undo them.  Surrender to Source and your Higher Self and know, that you are always safe and carried through it, if you trust and allow. At the core of it all is one Truth:  You are loved. You are loving. You are one with Source. "But, why can't it be easier?" The human mind is naturally wired to avoid pain. It will do anything it can do to avoid it. Even if it is just a temporary pain that will lead you to your spiritual freedom. The Divine orchestration of the Higher Self and Source provide ways to unearth the hidden beliefs and emotional patterns to be released.  It is following the desire of ascension, which is the release of all lower vibrational emotions and beliefs. You always have a choice: You can fight this process or you can trust and allow for Source to carry you through it. When things get too intense, become still and give everything into the hands of Source.  And then, watch what happens. (Instead of making things happen.) At times, you might be guided to take certain steps, but mostly:  trust and allow.  The solutions might look differently than what you thought they should be. These are the higher solutions that will propel your journey into the Higher Realms of Light.

My dear friends, we love you so very much, You've heard this before: a single candle can illuminate a darkened room. A single ray of sun can dispel the darkness. The first rays of sunlight cast aside the shadows of night. And a single thought, word, or deed rooted in love can turn a life around… starting with your own. We know there are many 3D reasons to feel fearful in your world today. There are, and always have been, those upon the earth who seek power at any cost. There have always been those who want to control. There are, and always will be, people of varying persuasions who, for various reasons, seek to use and manipulate the masses. Some even feel that lording death over one another makes them powerful—whether dropping bombs or assassinating another's character. These things have always existed. They aren't new. The difference now is that, for the first time in human history, they are in plain view, brought to your attention nearly in real time. News spreads like wildfire, and the masses respond. Whereas we used to see ripples in the pool of human consciousness as smaller groups discovered untruths, now we see tidal waves of emotion as various occurrences are presented to you through news and social media. You, the sensitive ones, feel these waves. You may be going about your day, feeling perfectly fine, and suddenly you're tired, teary-eyed, or upset. It is extremely likely that you are picking up on the tides of mass consciousness. And yet you need not be victims of the energy around you. As you sit with the Divine and your angels, you strengthen your ability to tune into the good and tune out the lower vibrations. As you engage in thoughts of love, appreciation, or contentment, you rise above the noise and discover a frequency of truth, peace, and kindness. With diligent practice, you can soar above the upset, like a bird gliding over a choppy sea that is aware of the waves, but not tossed around by them. The converse is also true. If you feel angry, you'll sense the waves of anger more strongly. If you feel fearful, you'll tune into the waves of fear. The more you attune your "antennae of focus" to a vibration, the more you'll feel it. The enlightened ones who walk the earth see both light and darkness, but they do not fear the darkness. They don't waste time fighting it either—for darkness thrives on the fight. Instead, they bring love, truth, appreciation, and grace into every moment and every interaction. Many of you do the same. Many of you bring magnificent beauty to your world in ways you'll never fully see while here on earth. You offer kindness to strangers without ever knowing the ripple effects. You pray daily for your world, strengthening Mother Earth in her love for humanity. You sit in peace, play in joy, and create harmony that balances chaos. Your gardening nurtures beauty. Your reading nurtures creativity. Your love of sports fosters a healthy sense of competition. Your delight in making your home beautiful anchors a little more heaven on earth. Whatever you love, dear ones, sends ripples of goodness into the collective. Don't belittle or negate your contributions. Whenever you do anything with love, your energy has far-reaching effects that you can't always see from your earthly perspective. For now, be content being content. Celebrate the smallest joys. Lovebeing a lightworker and a lover, no matter the response of those around you. Your energy matters. Your light matters. Your kindness matters. You matter. So while the world may look terrifying at times, remind yourself often: "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil…" for evil is only light forgotten. Aligned with the Divine, you live in a frequency that keeps you from engaging with lower vibrations—unless you dignify them with your fear, your focus, or your fight. Far better to dignify the light. Focus on goodness and solutions. Be fierce in weeding out dense thoughts that grip you. Be relentless lovers by choosing to look for the good, acknowledge the good, and be the good. In this way, you not only rise above fear, you begin to banish it with your light. A drop of ink can quickly color a glass of water, but it is insignificant in a pitcher, and even more so in a pool. Likewise, negative energy can infiltrate one whose reservoir of love is small. But when you are filled with a vast reservoir of love, the darkness becomes an insignificant drop in the bucket, incapable of infiltrating your light. Tap into the ocean of love often, dear ones, however you choose to do it. Whether you sit and breathe with your angels, go to church, synagogue, temple, or out into nature, you are connecting with the Divine. Whenever you act with love, speak with love, or pray with love, you are streaming love into the world. Whenever you are kind—even to yourself—you acknowledge the Divinity within all. When fear attempts to infiltrate your consciousness, look to the light. Better yet, be the light. A shadow exists only where something blocks the light. You cannot kill or fight a shadow. Likewise, it makes no sense to battle darkness. Instead, be the sun that shines so brightly that shadows cannot exist. Be the love in which the darkness has no power. If you want to protest something, stand for what you love rather than against what you hate. If you want change, stop convincing everyone of the wrongness and instead focus on the rightness of what you want to see. Speak with passion about what you believe can be better. Love the future you want to create. You need not live in fear, dear friends, even in a chaotic world. Be, as best you can, the peace, the calm, the kindness you wish to see. At first, you will simply feel better. In time, you will become a beacon of hope, light, truth, and inspiration. No act of love is too small. No kind thought is ever wasted. Your light matters. Tunia: The emotional conversation method

AUG 30 My dearest brothers and sisters, This is Tunia speaking. I love you so very much. It's strange that on Earth, most people are motivated by emotions. Yet, most conversations are about facts, about logic, about events, and about other rational bits of information. So most people are driven by emotions, yet talk about rational bits of information. This is part of why relationships often don't work out. It's part of why people with substantially different viewpoints can never seem to convince the other person, even if one person very clearly wins the debate. After all, people talk about rational bits of information, but they care about their emotions. So, let me share an alternative conversation method that you can try out. I'm not saying it's the only valid conversation method. It's not. In fact, in some circumstances and contexts this is not a good method to use. But sometimes it's great. I call it the emotional conversation method. And it's simply: when talking to someone, focus on making sure that both people understand how both people are feeling. So let's say John is talking with Sally about politics or about their relationship, and the discussion is going nowhere. Then they could try the emotional conversation method, where their focus becomes: Help John understand how John feels Help John understand how Sally feels (and have her verify this) Help Sally understand how John feels (and have him verify this) Help Sally understand how Sally feels So the focus is purely on just making sure both people understand how both people feel (including themselves). That's it. Pretty straightforward, right? But it's very effective in certain situations. This can make people feel loved and nourished and cared for, because people generally really enjoy it when others sincerely listen to them and try to understand them. It can strengthen relationships or friendships. It can lead to breakthroughs in discussions, if people realize that what's actually going on is some emotional need that one side has. To be clear though, the emotional conversation method is not a universal magical fix. Maybe John and Sally just fundamentally disagree, and then it's still good to understand how everyone is feeling, but that may not fix the disagreement or incompatibility. Maybe there's a practical problem, and someone just needs to fix that, and talking about people's feelings doesn't by itself fix the problem. You might also run into people who really like that you're listening to them, but they're unwilling to listen to you, or try to understand you. If they consistently do this, and just gently asking them to listen doesn't help... then maybe find better people to interact with. You may also run into people who simply don't want to understand either their own or your emotions. So the emotional conversation method certainly doesn't always work and certainly isn't always appropriate. But sometimes it really is, and sometimes it can be really nourishing and relationship-strengthening. I'm sure that some of you were already doing this. Kudos to you. But even for those people, I want to invite you to keep an eye out for situations where a discussion seems to go nowhere, and it might be helpful to try and understand how the other person feels. Hola mis queridos y amados hijos!

Hoy quiero pasar a la siguiente señal de que ya estás en el espacio energético de la cuarta dimensión.

Sexto. Empiezas a ver energías con tu visión interna, y algunas ya con tu visión física.

De hecho, esto te ha sucedido antes, pero, por regla general, fue durante las meditaciones, cuando estabas en un estado de atemporalidad y cuando tu conciencia estaba completamente desconectada de cualquier factor externo.

Y la mayoría de las veces tus visiones eran espontáneas y las energías aparecían ante tu visión interior en forma de destellos de diferentes colores.

Pero ahora las personas que ya están constantemente en el espacio energético de la cuarta dimensión comienzan a ver energías de altas vibraciones, simplemente cerrando los ojos, antes de acostarse o relajarse durante un minuto.

Y ya no son destellos instantáneos, sino visiones a largo plazo en forma de diversas figuras geométricas, patrones intrincados, pero la mayoría de las veces en forma de esferas o hemisferios que giran o se mueven en el espacio.

Por regla general se trata de energías de color azul oscuro, característico de la cuarta dimensión, o violeta, que corresponde al color de la quinta dimensión.

Además, la Energía del Amor Incondicional puede manifestarse en forma de color rosa, y la Energía de la Ascensión, en un brillo de arco iris.

Además, algunas personas comienzan a ver el prana a simple vista.

La mayoría de las veces esto sucede en la naturaleza, en aquellos lugares donde convergen todos los elementos naturales: Tierra, Agua, Aire y Fuego.

Y si el ojo humano aún no está totalmente adaptado a distinguir estas energías sutiles, en las fotografías aparecen bastante brillantes.

Para probar tu sensibilidad a las nuevas energías, intenta invocarlas antes de irte a dormir y es muy posible que aparezcan ante ti en todo su esplendor mientras te quedas dormido.

Pero esto sólo ocurrirá si estás en un estado de calma y relajación, dejando de lado todos los pensamientos sobre el bullicio del día anterior y sumergiéndote por completo en el estado de “aquí y ahora”.

Empecemos por llamar no a algunas energías específicas, de las que ya sabéis bastante, sino simplemente a las energías de la cuarta y quinta dimensión.

Es muy importante no esperarlos con impaciencia y con el deseo de verlos a toda costa como una confirmación de tus altas vibraciones, sino simplemente disfrutar de tu estado relajado, estando en armonía y en paz.

Y no te desanimes si no lo consigues la primera vez, ya que el mundo sutil es complejo e impredecible, y se manifiesta sólo cuando la persona está completamente preparada para ello.

Hola mis queridos y amados hijos!

Continuando con mi mensaje anterior, hoy quiero contarte cómo reacciona tu cuerpo físico ante los problemas que se presentan en tu vida.

De hecho, si aprendes a escuchar sus reacciones ante las personas que te rodean y ante las diversas circunstancias, podrás evitar muchos errores.

Esto es exactamente lo que distingue la cuarta dimensión de la tercera: este espacio energético en sí mismo te ayuda a comprenderte a ti mismo y a entender en qué dirección debes moverte.

Así que, si antes, al encontrar dificultades en tu camino, intentabas superarlas mediante conclusiones lógicas y métodos de acción generalmente aceptados, ahora entran en escena tu intuición y la “voz” de tu cuerpo.

A veces, esta “voz” literalmente grita, intentando evitar que tomes acciones precipitadas, y otras veces te “susurra” silenciosamente la solución correcta para un problema particular.

Para ayudarle a comprender mejor cómo sucede esto, veamos algunos ejemplos específicos.

Digamos que entiendes y tu intuición te lo confirma, que tu relación con una determinada persona se ha agotado por completo, pero no tienes el coraje de romperla definitivamente.

Entonces viene en tu ayuda tu cuerpo físico, que empieza a darte señales muy dolorosas cada vez que interactúas con esa persona.

Por ejemplo, si empiezas a tener dolor de cabeza o sientes molestias en alguna parte del cuerpo, también puedes experimentar debilidad general y pérdida de fuerza.

Y si esto sucede cada vez que interactúas con esta persona, entonces debes hacer todo lo posible para detener esa comunicación para mantener tu salud física y mental.

Los mismos síntomas pueden surgir del lugar de residencia o de determinadas habitaciones en las que pasamos mucho tiempo.

Ahora, tales manifestaciones – indicios del cuerpo físico – se están volviendo especialmente claras en aquellos que ya han cruzado la frontera que separa la tercera dimensión de la cuarta, y están comenzando a sentir las energías de las personas y del espacio circundante más sutilmente.

Al enviar estas pistas a través de tu cuerpo físico, tu Alma y tus Ángeles Guardianes están tratando de empujarte a deshacerte de todas las relaciones obsoletas e innecesarias lo más rápido posible, así como los apegos a los atributos del mundo tridimensional que te mantienen en vibraciones bajas.
