YOU NEVER LEAVE HEAVEN When you go to sleep and have dreams at night you actually are waking up, and when you wake up in the morning in physical reality, you actualy are going to sleep. When you start realizing that you actually never leave the spiritual reality, the spiritual world - heaven - that you never ever leave that state, that is your natural state, you are only dreaming that you left, but you are still there, having this dream there. You go under sleep in heaven and in that dreaming you are in hell.

The Creation Temple of Aldebaran and the StarGates of Earth, our Beginnings, A Message from Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin, October 1, 2016

We arrive at Aldebaran. There is a pool just like the one on The Mall in Washington D.C. It is rectangular shaped. There are massive rectangular stones surrounding the pool and I see a round tower made of these stones. I looked up and saw a tall rectangular compound. Then we are walking up an ancient stairway and then back down another stairway into the center of what I now recognize is a ziggurat. There is a secret portal in this ziggurat that will immediately take you to a StarGate in Pakistan. That large stone tower is where the StarShips had entered and exited from. Aldebaran is where the Language of Light originated from. This is the beginning of Creation for this Galaxy. The Orion Wars ended here. Archangel Metatron is the King of Angels. His sons, Jehovah and Lucifer waged battle when Angels began taking on Human Forms. This new Creation, the Human Angel was something these brothers were jealous of. The Wars spanned millions of years and carried on through many Star Nations. Earth is a model of this last vestige of War. The Ones warring then were the Illuminati on Earth now. These are descendants of Metatron and Mother Sekhmet: The Children of Ra or the Children of Light. Some of these Ones never fell from Grace. They remained immortal and incarnated again and again and again on Earth to hold the Light for when the Wars would end. The Kumaras, including Sananda, Ashtar, and St. Germain oversaw the developments on Earth. There are many others. St. Germain with the help of the Ashtar Command collected the gold he has now and stored it secretly to prepare for this time of Announcements. He worked together with the KOS and Lady Master Nada, Twin Flames, to create the legal structure and Secret Forces to deal with the Human Angels who were fallen. Ashtar is the Supreme Commander of the Galactic Federation and he heads the Forces in the Skies, off Planet, and on other Star Nations coordinating this effort. Mother Sekhmet will escort the Beloved Fallen Ones, of Earth, and either return them to Source, as she is their Mother, or send them to a place more befitting the experience they desire. Lord Metatron is the Lord of Light and he Guides the whole process, working with the Angels and ArchAngels, especially closely with his son, AA Michael, who works with the Angelic and Galactic Forces of Light. KOS is their Leader on Earth, he heads up the Galactic Human Secret Forces. This StarGate on Aldebaran is what all the fighting is about. To enter this portal, and come to Aldeberan, one has access to power. Aldebaran is the City that Atlantis was based on. It is the Cradle of Civilization in the Local Galaxy. Here on Aldebaran is a giant dome structure. It is where the Adam Kadmon Human Body Form originated. This is where Metatron reconstructed the bodies of all the Ones who were destroyed in the Orion Wars. It was a devastating blow to his Father to see his children destroying each other again and again. The Ones who did not fall, you know them as the Goodly Company. Many of the Goodly Company are incarnated now as Galactic Humans and they know they will not give up until this job is done, the fallen Ones are removed from this Galaxy and Earth is returned back to a Planet of Peace. Sananda last incarnated as Jesus the Christ and he laid the ground work for this Now moment. Many of the Illuminati Elite were dark ones who were the immortal fallen human angels. They were the ancient astronauts, Dragons and Archons, Annunaki and Nephilim. There are endless stories written about these tales, it is all the same story and it ends now. There is a Temple on Aldebaran which holds all the sacred knowledge of Creating Life. All the knowledge of making hybrids is here. There are sample tissues here for all DNA ever created. Therein lies the Power. The Power to control, manipulate, and create species of slaves. Human Angels who will put on veils, forget who they are, and “Work for the Man” never questioning anything. By doing this, the Illuminati are free to rape, pillage and plunder every continent on Earth, as well as keeping most of the Worlds’ population in economic slavery from the cradle to the grave. False religions were set up to seal the deal. Not only Christianity, but there is some form of manipulation of fear in all religions. There are thousands upon thousands of years and failed attempts to return Earth to love. Now the Gaia Consciousness Collective came to critical mass and shouted “No More!” This was the clarion call that went out from Earth. All That Is heard it and it meant Humanity had finally Asked and Allowed. There was rejoicing through the Solar System and we have been crafting the Master Plan since then. Now the Galactics, headed by the Galactic Federation, and the Legions of Angels could work together for Earth’s Ascension and every being on Her, including every subcellular organism, every nanite. The Galactics are headed up by Mother Sekhmet and her Twin Flame, Alcyone and the Angels are headed up by Metatron and his Twin Flame Neptha El Ra. This is a triad soul. The Holy Trinity. Anyone who has ever heard the history of the Orion Wars can understand why we will not stop until there is Worldwide Peace and an end to all suffering. These are our children, the Galactic/Angelic/Human children and we cannot stand by and watch any more suffering. Universal Law states Each One must ask and must allow. Now when we reached critical mass, it made it possible to start moving certain ones into positions, into families, and into jobs where they could work as dark hats and assist the light by being double agents. An elaborate plot was put into play which has culminated in the chaos you see now. It only appears as chaos. You are watching the old timeline dissolve, and that includes the dissolution of all illusionary financial deals cut on bad paper. This means no more using each person’s identification number as collateral for the World Bank. No more lifetimes of slavery. No more lack of creation due to endless work. All of you are Gods and Goddesses of the Light. All of you are Creator Gods. You are capable of instant manifestation-Now. Remember Now! Aloha beautiful Light Family, As the soft hues fill our atmosphere, they also fill our hearts as our souls breathe through the brilliance of the times (vibrations) that we are now in. For those who allow themselves the magical experiences, these are all around. In the beginning, when NEW Earth peaks it's head out, we have to be present to FEEL it and look for it to SEE it, as it's activated through our own open hearts ready to see and experience the brilliance now. THEN it happens, it becomes visible, first subtly and then more and more and more. At first, our minds were not open, we were not looking... our hearts were closed and we didn't hold the vibration before. But, little by little, it materialized for us, all around us.... Exchanges with others, conversations and the "lightness" became palpable, for we were vibrating higher, more open and accepting that our physical realities were changing. Then we started walking in lucidity, which brought forth the mind-blowing awesomeness and virtual dream. This phase gets a bit bizarre, as you realize how "not real" the old realities are and how REAL the intangible is. You do see that chaos is abound for the masses awakening to their souls, you do see that they are clearing cellular memory, fighting for their rights of being a victim, opening their hearts to support each other, their kundalini activating the fire of their own spirit awakening up their spine, and you understand that the unconscious human projects their stuff out at others, instead of going higher in consciousness.... yet you also realize that is not your reality anymore.... you've left old earth and the duality it holds, you are ascending in the physical to exist in NEW amazing realities, full of bliss, magic, peace, inspiration and clarity... You are also ready to start connecting with your own SOUL family as you emerge full of light and start to get out there..... There comes a point where you pull completely away, sleep, focus on your vibration first, your Crystalline LightBody vibration first and you observe as all changes out there..... a vast nurturing time, alone/cave time for your soul to emerge and your field of consciousness to clear.... As you merge your multi-dimensional aspects, you feel the pull to start contributing and giving back.... you know that you are an integral part of NEW Earth, how is the next part of the process. This is where it gets "tricky", for everything you do will now be guided, first by higher selves "up there" and then they move inside of your body and there is nothing out there to consult. You have to do this.... This is part of the embodiment process.... There comes a time when you are to step-up and start being visible, you've transcended the illusion of fear, yet now you have to LIVE IT, step into it, dissolve it yourself. You will physically move out of the lower density realms. Before you were mastering BEing, just being expanded, living in your heart, in-JOYing the bliss of higher consciousness.... This is the continual activation of your Divine Feminine, easy to master by yourself, yet now you have to do this in the physical, with every person you connect with, for it's time to master the physical now. This is where your Divine Masculine starts to emerge, when it's time to DO. Now you have to go inward, find your power and use it to obliterate the old realities yourself, to put into play all of those other dimensional realities, to BE In-Service while DOing, sharing your gifts, contributing, supporting..... Now it's time to KNOW that you step into "provider role", and this scares every one of us, for there's nothing solid to hold onto... This is where you have to apply everything you know to your whole reality now. This is where you still do everything guided, yet from inside, from your own higher wisdom, for to BE and Ascended Master, you have to MASTER BEing, Doing and Re-Birthing yourself, you have to become a child all over again, learn to do everything all over again, yet this time according to UNIVERSAL LAW, not the human ones...... You grow up and become an adult, as higher selves.... now it's time to step into those roles & purposes, time to command realities as your higher selves. This is where you come to exist on NEW Earth fully.... a whole new existence re-born. Your reality will never be the same. It's beyond awesome and beyond all of your human's wildest dreams. It's multiple dimensions all merged into one and you walk in them, abundant in all things again. Meanwhile, your whole physical body goes through this huge transformational and upgrade process....One that does not conform to the human mentalities, as none of this does. You have to open your heart to access the TRUTH of NEW EARTH NOW. You have to open your mind fully and you have to BECOME PURE SOURCE LIGHT ENERGY again to understand the vastness of how all of this is. The physical body evolves, substantially, goes through many deaths along the way. The emotional body, mental body, these too. All things of human separation were housed in the cells of your physical body, in your bones, teeth, muscles, organs, glands, spine, brain, limbs..... Your body awakens too, comes alive and online as a part of the Crystalline Grid. As your body activates, your DNA evolves, your genetic make-up re-codes, your body becomes less dense, more space and more light. Gravity shifts every time a huge amount of light has activated inside, you heat up and cool down as the physical matter of your body continually changes form. You feel the energy of your LightBody activate, high voltage energy run through your body, stimulating your nerve endings, your new DNA, your cells to wake up. Numbness and tingling can be felt strongly in different areas as pain centers/storage areas of old programming trigger to release pent up energy. Your heart, your brain, your spine, your adrenals.... these are continual areas that are always upgrading, while the rest of your body constantly re-calibrates to integrate and balance all of this higher consciousness light. Your field amplifies and your senses enhance. Smells, sounds, vision is enhanced at times when your electromagnetic field is tuning.... you can hear/feel zapping.... and you are much more aware of what is in your field, how it affects you and your desires change. This is where you have to decide what you allow in your field, what role things play, why you are experiencing certain things, the purposes and when you are ready to release anything no longer of resonance from your own reality. This is where you have to decide on many things.... All along the way, you will have to put yourself first, THEN once you have built your energy up you can share freely, without being affected by the outside world. During LightBody tuning, you won't be able to be around others at all/easily..... You are becoming more telepathic and your gifts are coming forth naturally too. Your awareness enhanced, all of a sudden you realize, you are leaving the old behind because you want to. You realize that you are here to be happy, vibrant and exquisite! You realize that where you focus your own energy, this is what creates. You realize that abundance just floats around in your energy field waiting for you to claim it, yet it's up to what you DO in every moment, it's where you come from inside, it's totally reliant on your full consciousness. You realize that realities are totally non-linear and vibrational and that whatever your soul desires, this is what activates all. Your human aspect was limited, small and separated off ..... Your power returns every time you say no (with love) to the old and every time you choose and honor your soul first.... Everything NEW Earth is the opposite of the human ways and we have to reverse everything to experience our new realities here. We have to counter-balance it all, until the masculine/feminine balance out, so that we can unify all back into peace, love and magic from inside..... We will reverse realities many times and they will be the opposite of the old unconscious ones..... The higher we go vibrationally, the more we do this..... At first the human has no respectful loving boundaries, so as a soul we create boundaries for humans that don't understand yet. We hold these in place, until we are strong enough, until the lack of power energy we held is gone, then we don't need boundaries anymore, for we've left/release those old realities and the versions of everyone human to make space for other souls who don't impose, project and take advantage.... At first, as sleeping humans, we tried to control everything and we had to learn to let go of the need to control, we had to open up to higher/inner guidance and we had to listen and learn to honor what we were shown. As we did this, all got easier and we realized the more open our heart was, the less we tried to control, the more control we had by being in flow. We had to learn to allow all to come in response and to learn to live in this flow all of the time. Then it's time to step into our roles fully and we have to start to command realities, take the driver's seat, AS HIGHER SELVES. We realized that WE DICTATE REALITIES from inside of us and it's up to each one of us to hold NEW EARTH REALITIES IN PLACE and to not go unconscious, give into human lack anymore.... This is where you stand in your power, your strength, your knowing.... this is where you set realities in place, this is where you decide and you activate realities at will, obliterating the old your self..... All through the power of your SOUL and heart...... You have a wisdom, a knowing and THIS is all that you need, for you exist vibrationally now. You are intentionally transmitting out the VIBRATION of the reality you desire.... Yes, realities are vibrational.... and as you become pure energy again, so are you. The human "thinks" that out there is the cause..... The soul realizes it's the result. Our entire existence changes, totally transforms into DIVINE POWERFUL AMAZING ones.... as we let go of the old, as we embrace the unknown as we honor fully and stop worrying about what everyone "out there" says and does.... We focus on what affects our vibration, our realities and we deal with that. We can shift out of timelines instantly, just by collapsing them ourselves. WE are the ones that must be present, must be fully conscious and choose to let the old go so that the new can materialize/come forth. Embodiment of your soul.... this is why you/we are here. Eventually you just observe all energetically to see..... you don't technically need a physical experience for this. “El Noura” I am “El Noura”. We have visited with this one this week about allowing us to share with you this week. This is to also let you know what is happening in the world from our vision. I am Pleiadian. I have been Pleiadian for many lives and other species as well. That is where I find myself at the moment. In ships above where you are. Watching you and working with you. Sharing with you. We are able to be with one another when you go on your dream state. You go perusing the planet. You know that changes are here. You can feel the difference in the energy. You can feel the difference in that which is being told to you. You can feel the difference in the love and the light that is present. Not only with your family and your friends and this group but with others in the world. We know that you have seen this on the streets when you get out and walk. In stores. In convenience markets. In those places where those people are awakening are looking for light. And you are the light. You are the light. When you say, “What is my job?” Your job is to be the light. Be the light is the way you can help those brothers and sisters who are awakening. Be the light. Share the love. Share the understanding. They ask questions and you respond. We know that you have been told of news to come out this week. Next weekend you shall have messages for your call with Hollow Earth. These things that you await are already a done factor. They are already in the Now. You may want to see things differently. The only thing that is the truth is that you need the time for things to unfold. It is all in Divine Order as you were reminded of by James earlier in the conversation. Let go and let God. Let go of all of those things that you feel you need to push. You and many groups across the planet are doing a great service for those on the planet, in the Solar System and across the Galaxy. You do not yet understand the full ramifications of who you are and what you are doing here. But please understand that this particular group has been in the making for a very long time. Even though the James started this a few years ago it has been prepared for a very long time before this. And the Susan coming together with this, it is all very, very important to know everything that is involved here. You here in this group are doing an immense service and are moving into the particular service you came in here for. Some of you are already on this mission. Some of you have not yet begun the full mission you came here for. But you are moving in that direction. All of you. As we have said many times, you are in a training program here. We are training you so that you can train others as well. So, be of good cheer. Many good things are coming. Some not good though. There will be come disconsternation times and all of this but you are going to make it through. You are going to have some wonderful experiences here beginning with your 9-11 here, September 11th. We would say that you have a couple of months that you will need to move in the direction you are moving for your travels. However, with those you will be meeting new people with new opportunities for you to put into your back pocket. To be able to move into that new area you are interested in. You will be able to see that as you make these moves and as you have people come forth for you, you will see how these opportunities fit into the big picture. Move forward as you plan to move. It is not something you want to do. We know this. We can hear this in your voice. Plan for the next couple of months to take the trips planned. You will see that there are new people and new opportunities brought into your life and you will see how things turn. “One Who Serves” And we add here, as we always say, go with the flow. Question: What is the reason for the Universal Law of Unattachment? “One Who Serves” If you attach yourself to things you are going to be exactly where you are now in terms of your three dimensional illusion that has been created here. The full attachment to idealistic ideals and those things that hold you here, and they do indeed, hold you here. So, if you wish to move from this 3D world that is illusion and move to higher vibrations, higher dimensions you must come to a point where you become unattached. If you become unattached you release those barriers that have held you back a long time and this was purposeful for those of the Cabal. They have kept you attached in many different ways. Even to the point of being attached to family and friends and all of this. All of this must go. Not that you let go of your loved ones and anything of this nature. Let go of the attachment to them. Because they, of themselves, are their own being. They are God within themselves, just as you are. Question: I have had this ongoing infection for several months in my left foot. Can you tell me anything that could help? “Ashira” This has been a prolonged experience for you. We see that you are using a wide variety of approaches. This is something that is hanging on from a past life. Look over y our past lives and find one that includes an injury to your foot. See how this happened. Look at the relationship you had with the person you were with then this occurred. See how you can change that for a healing in this present life and time. You may work with a healer or a massage therapist who takes this into their own hands. Susan can refer you to a person who can work with you physically and also in a metaphysical way. OK? Q​​uestion: I wanted to know if there is truth behind the UFO that is shown online as being around the ship that blew up? “One Who Serves” There has been a great deal of information and disinformation about this. This certainly raises it for your discernment. But we can tell you that there are extra forces involved here. This is nothing that is being exposed by the Cabal or anything of this nature. It is exactly the opposite of this. There are those forces, and yes, a UFO was involved in this. There are many ramifications to this and many things behind the scenes not spoken of and likely not to be spoken of for some time yet. But know that is being done is being orchestrated. This is a part of that. Earth Star is bursting into the 7th Dimension in this arm of the Milky Way Galaxy and it is a BIG deal. This is Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin. You just may be feeling the effects in your day-to-day experience. Since the Opening of the Lion’s Gate the Master Cycle continues as you are lifted in frequency all over the Planet into 7th Dimensional vibrations. Many have become trapped in their own fears and they believe any counterculture story out there. They are told the opposite of what is true in the stories coming out and spiral out of control. Don’t let this happen to you. As you find you are angry you likely are stuck, cornered by lies. Let it all go. Begin to learn new ways to navigate the high frequencies opening the door for you to become a 7th Dimensional Being. You can expect, when consistently doing the Inner work to be able to achieve your Higher Gifts now; healing, meditation, etheric travel, telepathy, mantra, inner sight and others. It is possible to achieve these things now as you hold less resistance in the higher vibrations. Become a student of these skills as you work toward your individual Ascension in a body. That means you become immortal again, raised from the Fall into 3D. You have done this before and must remember again how to accomplish the Ultimate Liberation. Many Unseen are helping you. This allowed your 13 chakra system to be activated and your DNA is fully activated and able to carry within it’s programming the Diamond Light aligning Planet Earth and all on Her in the Earth Grid within the Universal Hologram at the 7th Dimension. Those leaving the Planet now have made their own decision to stay within the lower dimension of Earth. Many will be leaving now. That is what happens whenever there is an end of a Cycle of Time. The Human Form extends throughout the Universe. Your intuitive brain is stronger now. It is a wise personal practice to read the ancient texts instead of jumping from one bought out liar after the other on the blogs. Read the Galactic Teachings left by your ancestors to Guide you now. There are examples in every major religion and spirituality. Read what resonates with you. The Mazzaroth, the Masnavi, Book of Enoch, Pistis Sophia, the Avesta, Ramanyana, Upanishads, Jatakas, Tao te Ching. All of these books and many others were written by Ancient Astronauts and hold the Universal Key Codes of Truth. Time is spent wisely now reading that and allowing the outer world to take care of itself. The biology of humanity is the same throughout the Universe as all go through their own dimensional shift relative to where they are. This is a very stressful period. Everyone is going through vigorous and challenging changes, some barely staying afloat. Life spontaneously evolves in the presence of stress. It shows new solutions which could not be understood other ways. That is because you are responsible for your Ascension so the opportunities to choose, learn and grow are abundantly available now. This Dimensional Shift is necessary as Planet Earth, with our whole Solar System, is moving to another area of Space. This Solar System was knocked off course some time in the past due to thousands of years of continuous war. Many Planets suffered damages to their electromagnetic grids. It caused their orbits to veer off course. All are aligning with their original course again. There has never been in history a Dimensional Shift which has moved this quickly. As you emerge into your rightful place in the Milky Way Galaxy, as the Planets arrange into their natural place, you are able to know the Essence of the Creator with deeper knowledge. A sincere effort is needed now to raise your Consciousness to that of LOVE. Your new understanding cannot be sustained without it. Those who love wealth and power, even self-proclaimed lightworkers who assume greed cannot touch them, will exit Earth now. Since the very foundation of their existence has changed, their life form which is not raised in frequency will project elsewhere. Each of us is only a projection, afterall. Come into a deep state of union with your consciousness. Moving toward your Ascension means you remember you came from the Cosmos and you enter into a State of Being resonate with nature, bliss, joy and all understanding. You will have no more questions when you have achieved this. You can see the new dawn of understanding returning to the Planet now through the absurd reality of U.S. elections, those starving in the streets in modern cities, war destroying buildings and bodies and more war threatened. You see it in how people are sharing new ideas and new solutions. The Creator is making these Planetary changes so that the shift into the 7th Dimension can happen quickly and smoothly. There is no more talk of the 3rd going to the 4th going to the 5th. That backward thinking went on years after the Planet had achieved the 5th and beyond. Now this concept is easier to understand. It is simply a FREQUENCY shift held in your cells by your activated DNA. The younger of mind may be spreading stories of Annunaki, slave control, Inner Earth battles, and on and on. They simply cannot yet grasp the truth of the 200,000 different Extraterrestrial races within our Solar System. Anyone not in the high vibration of love, one way or another, is not long for this world. Do not be surprised if you see the elections cancelled and rescheduled with different candidates. There is no punishment for those who wish not or cannot do this, they are simply removed to another Planet where the can be as they desire. Nuclear weapons pull souls out of their bodies and this threat cannot survive now. The Galactic Federation has been interfering in Earth’s nuclear plans since 1945. You have seen videos of this happening many times. When nuclear weapons go out to Space they remove souls from their bodies there. That is no longer allowed in this Solar System. Conditions on Earth have created imbalance in the entire System and that is being corrected now. Your body is made of the same ions which make up the Cosmic Rays. Cosmic Rays are now coming in from outside this Solar System and entering your crown chakra. This is energetic etheric ionic information which carries the light codes which go into your DNA strands giving signals to your mind, body and soul to change. A Hathor Planetary Message Through Tom Kenyon A Stream from the Higher Worlds In our last planetary message called the Aetherium, we shared a sound meditation to help you transit through intensifying levels of world chaos by decreasing stress and by increasing coherency in your body and mind. In this message we are giving you another sound meditation called "A Stream from the Higher Worlds." The purpose of this sonic ally is to assist you to purify deeply held psycho-spiritual as well as emotional negativity and toxicity. As your world enters an ever-larger Chaotic Node there is a corresponding increase in hostility and antagonism. Indeed, this emotional toxicity is so pervasive it can affect even the most spiritually advanced among you. Before we get to the instructions on how to use this meditation, we would like to address a very important but complex concept. For the sake of brevity, we will do so in as short a space as possible. Dimensional Tendencies Whenever you enter a strong emotional response and its corresponding thought forms you have entered a specific dimension of consciousness. This is a vibratory field of energy that exists independently of you and is co-created by all sentient beings who are experiencing the same emotions and thought forms-including yourself. Let us take two emotions as an example: anger and hatred. From our perspective your collective is experiencing an extreme polarization. If you experience anger at something that has occurred (as you perceive it), the neurochemical reality of your body changes. If this anger response escalates into hatred then you have entered a very toxic dimensional reality, and due to the nature of the interconnectedness of dimensional realities you will be sharing the same energetic with all beings who are in the same energetic and emotion. We want to be very precise in how we address this. There is nothing wrong with anger. Indeed, at times anger is the correct response to a situation. It sets a needed boundary. When, however, anger escalates into hatred it becomes a toxic poison to your psycho-spiritual nature. By the term Dimensional Tendencies, we mean that all human beings (and many animals as well) have perceptual and emotional habits that are deeply ingrained-thus the term Tendency. These tendencies can lead you into habitual emotional responses such as depression, hostility or hatred-just to name three "negative" emotional dimensions from the cornucopia of human experience. The challenge with Dimensional Tendencies is that they can color your life with thought forms and emotional responses that are not of your conscious creation, but rather they are driven by forces (i.e., habits) in your unconscious mind. Some Dimensional Tendencies-such as the tendency to loving kindness, compassion and self-love-are positive in their effects. We will have more to say about this in future messages, but we wish to focus, now, on the negative impact of Dimensional Tendencies so that you can be aware of these in yourself. Dimensional Tendencies are also meme-like and in that sense they can be contagious. If someone is caught up in hatred, for example, anyone with a Dimensional Tendency to hatred-whatever the reason might be-will be prone to be stirred by hatred as well. From our perspective your world has become venomous and is overflowing with emotional and spiritual toxicity. The purpose of this sound meditation, A Stream from the Higher Worlds, is to assist you in a most vital task as we view it, which is to purify yourself of your own deeply held emotional and spiritual toxicity. These impressions come to you from every negative experience of your life (as well as all other lifetimes). The culminated history of your life/lives is encoded into the cellular memory of your body and mind and/or your energy field. This sound meditation utilizes the sound of a stream as well as sound codes that we (the Hathors) generated from the realms of light and the voice of Mary Magdalen, who also brings forth sound codes she has created from the realms of light. This orchestration of these elements to gently and profoundly release deeply held psycho-spiritual and emotional toxicity was created to assist you. This meditation has two aspects, the personal and the collective. We wish to address the personal use first. How to Work with This Sound Meditation There are two ways of working with this sound meditation: passively or actively. The passive method is for when you are too exhausted to focus your attention. In this instance you simply listen to the sounds and the music, letting it take you wherever. The active form of listening is the most powerful way to work with this meditation. Imagine that there is a diamond at your crown, at the top of your head. You do not have to see this; just imagine it in whatever ways seem natural to you. As you hear the sound of the stream, sense, feel and imagine a crystal clear stream of liquid white light entering your body from the diamond at the crown of your head. Allow this stream of light to flow downward from your head through your entire body, allowing the stream to exit from the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. Imagine that this stream of light is flowing through every organ of your body, every cell and tissue, even through the very atoms that comprise your body. You may find it helpful to relax into your exhales, letting each exhale be more relaxed than the one before it. The central idea is to relax into the stream and the sound codes. They will do the work. You just relax and give the stream and sounds permission to move through ever-deeper levels of your being. The meditation itself is 8 minutes 44 seconds in length. If you have the space and time to do so, you could listen to it multiple times, back-to-back for deeper purification, release and healing. Working with this sound meditation on a regular basis will assist you, especially if you alternate it with the Aetherium that we gave earlier. Using this Meditation to Benefit the Collective For those of you who feel aligned with imparting to the collective a calming purifying energy field, we invite you to use this meditation not only for yourself but also for the elevation of all humanity and for the benefit of all sentient beings-since all sentient beings experience benefit or harm from human emotions and thought forms. The use of this meditation for the collective is not a substitute for working with it for yourself. This is because you cannot give what you do not have. You must maintain some level of calmness and clarity without toxic elements if you are to serve the collective this way. Having said that here are the instructions for the use of this meditation for the benefit of the collective consciousness. Imagine the Earth in front of you in whatever ways feel natural. The perspective may be that you are close or at a great distance. It does not matter. Imagine that a large diamond sits at the North Pole. As the sound of the stream begins, allow a stream of clear white light to descend from the diamond through the central axis of the Earth, flowing through and out the South Pole. Allow the stream and the sound codes to move outward throughout the entire planet imparting a calming and purifying effect. After you have completed the meditation, either for yourself or for the world, we suggest you rest for a few minutes, if possible, in order to let the subtle energetics settle into your body and mind. This will have very beneficial effects. So our suggestion is not to rush out of the meditation too quickly. The World Sound Meditation We are calling for a world sound meditation using A Stream from the Higher Worlds as a means to introduce into the collective a calming and purifying effect as a direct antidote to the venomous psycho-spiritual toxicity that is moving like a plague on your planet. The nexus point of this mediation will be in New York on October 2 at an event called The Inner Streams: Worlds of Healing. The group that will have gathered for this one-day event will spend the last thirty minutes in the World Meditation we described above. During this sound meditation an extended version of A Stream from the Higher Worlds will be played, and we (the Hathors) will alternate with Mary Magdalen to sing on top of these sound codes. This triad of sonic and psychic forces will strike the energetic of calm planetary purification and healing. The reason Mary Magdalen has joined us in this is due to a simple and compelling fact. The domination and subservience of women must come to an end. The feminine must be raised in balance to the masculine. The alchemical iconographic symbolism of the full Moon must be in balance to the Sun. This refers to the internal symbolism of the psyche and not to astronomical objects. The energetic of this first striking will last for twenty-four hours. This means you can fully participate in the first energetic anytime within the first twenty-four-hour period from wherever you are. The second harmonic will last for forty days. If you feel the deep calling to serve the higher good in this way (and have the fortitude to do so) we would ask that you engage the world meditation, whenever possible within your schedule, in that forty-day period. The Hathors August 15, 2016 Tom’s Thoughts and Observations I think the Hathors’ instructions on how to work with this unusual sound meditation are clear and straightforward. Having listened to it multiple times now, I think it is more effective if you make it the sole focus of your attention. Avoid the temptation to multitask on this one! I have also found that listening to this sonic piece multiple times, in one listening session, takes it to much deeper levels of cleansing and purification. One of the paradoxes of this sound mediation is that although its purification can be quite deep, it does so in a deeply relaxing and nurturing manner. When I was first approached by the Hathors to bring forward this sound meditation so close to their release of The Aetherium, I balked a bit. But then they informed me that it would be a synergetic co-creation between them and Mary Magdalen. Intrigued, I asked for more details and was told that the purpose of A Stream from the Higher Worlds was to gently cleanse and purify the body/mind from deeply held toxicity and emotional negativity by imparting unique energetics from the "higher realms of light." They also told me that Magdalen would direct the recording process. As far as the recording itself is concerned…the stream in the background was recorded at a remote location on Orcas Island where I often experience nature spirits. The main voice you hear is that of Magdalen, while the surrounding voices are those of the Hathors. The core of this evolutionary catalyst is actually from a short sound meditation that was recorded during The Spiral of Ascension workshop in 2015. For me this fascinating weaving of sound creates openings in my energy field for higher dimensional energies that are both purifying and healing. While I found the meditation to be truly profound, I was stupefied by the Hathors’ and Magdalen’s request to call for a World Sound Meditation during the one-day event on October 2nd at Symphony Space in New York City titled Inner Streams: Worlds of Healing. When I chose to create this event-many months ago-I felt there would be some very potent and healing energies released for the benefit of those who attended the New York workshop. But I never ever imagined that the Hathors would ask to add their energy to this event, much less M (as I refer to Magdalen), or for their combined energetic to be extended to the world. Upon further dialogue, it became clear that both the Hathors and M are of the opinion that our world is so wracked with negativity and hostility, we are on the verge of self-destruction. They are thus joining forces-so to speak-to introduce a purifying and healing energetic into the human collective. This is being done for the benefit of all sentient beings on Earth, not just human. It is not an energy that is to be imposed upon humanity, rather it is an energetic of purification, release and healing that all persons can draw upon. I consider this to be a very important aspect of the World Sound Meditation. As in past global meditations directed by the Hathors, nothing is being imposed on the collective or on any individual. Rather a field of purifying and healing energy is being emanated throughout the world. All beings are free to draw this beneficial energetic into themselves or not. In their message the Hathors addressed M’s participation in this highly unusual sound meditation, but I would like to add a few things to the mix. Many of the problems our world is facing are a direct result of the patriarchy and its domination of the feminine in all levels of existence-from the economic and social treatment of women to their perceived inferiority in many (if not most) of the world’s major religions and spiritual traditions. At a symbolic level the Earth is our Mother, and as a collective, humanity is raping her. Our oceans are increasingly toxic and the very fabric of our ecosystem is on the verge of collapse as reported by a growing number of the world’s ecological scientists. While many of the physical challenges to the continuation of life upon our planet are driven by physical processes created by mankind, there is a subtler force at work here. I would call it the philosophical/religious and symbolic devaluing of the feminine principle in all its many forms. It is not, however, just the biological expression of the feminine that is so devalued and in some cases outwardly attacked. The internal and psychological expressions of the feminine are also suspect in our current patriarchal worldview. By this I am referring to the feminine part of our human psychology, which Carl Jung referred to as the anima. The anima (internal feminine) dwells in both women and men, just as the internal male, or animus, also lives in every man and woman. These are dynamic forces that affect our choice-making as humans in very real ways. In my opinion, until the internal anima and animus are brought into balance within our human psychology we will continue to make unbalanced choices that disregard or denigrate the feminine aspect. This antagonism against both the outer and inner feminine affects us as well as other life forms in perilous ways. Both women and the planet are suffering from our cultural over-emphasis of the animus (male principle), which is firmly rooted in our dominant philosophies, religions and socio-economic systems. But it is not just women who suffer from this imbalance. Men also suffer because we are denied a whole range of human potentials such as depth of feelings and intuitive knowledge. For those readers unfamiliar with "the" Mary Magdalen that will be adding her spiritual weight to the upcoming World Sound Meditation, I suggest you take a look at the Mary Magdalen Section of our website to get a feel for who this powerful feminine presence is. This Magdalen is not the prostitute of the New Testament that many Christians believe her to be. Trump is Self-Sabotaging His Campaign Because He Never Really Wanted the Job in the First Place

Donald Trump never actually wanted to be President of the United States. I know this for a fact. I’m not going to say how I know it. I’m not saying that Trump and I shared the same agent or lawyer or stylist or, if we did, that that would have anything to do with anything. And I’m certainly not saying that I ever overheard anything at those agencies or in the hallways of NBC or anywhere else. But there are certain people reading this right now, they know who they are, and they know that every word in the following paragraphs actually happened. Trump was unhappy with his deal as host and star of his hit NBC show, “The Apprentice” (and “The Celebrity Apprentice”). Simply put, he wanted more money. He had floated the idea before of possibly running for president in the hopes that the attention from that would make his negotiating position stronger. But he knew, as the self-proclaimed king of the dealmakers, that saying you’re going to do something is bupkus — DOING it is what makes the bastards sit up and pay attention. Trump had begun talking to other networks about moving his show. This was another way to get leverage — the fear of losing him to someone else — and when he “quietly” met with the head of one of those networks, and word got around, his hand was strengthened. He knew then that it was time to play his Big Card. He decided to run for President. Of course he wouldn’t really have to RUN for President — just make the announcement, hold a few mega-rallies that would be packed with tens of thousands of fans, and wait for the first opinion polls to come in showing him — what else! — in first place! And then he would get whatever deal he wanted, worth millions more than what he was currently being paid. So, on June 16th of last year, he rode down his golden escalator and opened his mouth. With no campaign staff, no 50-state campaign infrastructure — neither of which he needed because, remember, this wasn’t going to be a real campaign — and with no prepared script, he went off the rails at his kick-off press conference, calling Mexicans “rapists” and “drug dealers” and pledging to build a wall to keep them all out. Jaws in the room were agape. His comments were so offensive, NBC, far from offering him a bigger paycheck, immediately fired him with this terse statement: “Due to the recent derogatory statements by Donald Trump regarding immigrants, NBCUniversal is ending its business relationship with Mr. Trump.” NBC said it was also canceling the beauty pageants owned by Trump: Miss USA and Miss Universe. BOOM. Trump was stunned. So much for the art of the deal. He never expected this, but he stuck to his plan anyway to increase his “value” in the eyes of the other networks by showing them how many millions of Americans wanted Him to be their Leader. He knew, of course (and the people he trusted also told him) that there was no way he was actually going to win many (if any) of the primaries, and he certainly would not become the Republican nominee, and NEVER would he EVER be the President of the United States. Of course not! Nor would he want to be! The job of being President is WORK and BORING and you have to live in the GHETTO of Washington, DC, in a SMALL 200-yr. old house that’s damp and dreary and has only TWO floors! A “second floor” is not a penthouse! But none of this was a worry, as “Trump for President” was only a ruse that was going to last a few months. And then something happened. And to be honest, if it happened to you, you might have reacted the same way. Trump, to his own surprise, ignited the country, especially among people who were the opposite of billionaires. He went straight to #1 in the polls of Republican voters. Up to 30,000 boisterous supporters started showing up to his rallies. TV ate it up. He became the first American celebrity to be able to book himself on any show he wanted to be on — and then NOT show up to the studio! From “Face the Nation” to “The Today Show” to Anderson Cooper, he was able to simply phone in and they’d put him on the air live. He could’ve been sitting on his golden toilet in Trump Tower for all we knew –and the media had no problem with any of that. In fact, CBS head Les Moonves famously admitted that Trump was very good for TV ratings and selling ads — music to the ears the NBC-spurned narcissist. Trump fell in love with himself all over again, and he soon forgot his mission to get a good deal for a TV show. A TV show? Are you kldding – that’s for losers like Chris Harrison, whoever that is (host of “The Bachelorette”). He was no longer king of the dealmakers — he was King of the World! His tiniest musings would be discussed and dissected everywhere by everybody for days, weeks, months! THAT never happened on “The Apprentice”! Host a TV show? He was the star of EVERY TV SHOW — and, soon, winning nearly every primary! And then… you can see the moment it finally dawned on him… that “Oh shit!” revelation: “I’m actually going to be the Republican nominee — and my rich beautiful life is f#*@ing over!” It was the night he won the New Jersey primary. The headline on TIME.com was, “Donald Trump’s Subdued Victory Speech After Winning New Jersey.” Instead of it being one of his loud, brash speeches, it was downright depressing. No energy, no happiness, just the realization that now he was going to have to go through with this stunt that he started. It was no longer going to be performance art. He was going to have to go to work. Soon, though, his karma caught up with him. Calling Mexicans “rapists” should have disqualified him on Day One (or for saying Obama wasn’t born here, as he did in 2011). No, it took 13 months of racist, sexist, stupid comments before he finally undid himself with the trifecta of attacking the family of a slain soldier, ridiculing the Purple Heart and suggesting that the pro-gun crowd assassinate Hillary Clinton. By this past weekend, the look on his face said it all — “I hate this! I want my show back!” But it was too late. He was damaged goods, his brand beyond repair, a worldwide laughing stock — and worse, a soon-to-be loser. But, let me throw out another theory, one that assumes that Trump isn’t as dumb or crazy as he looks. Maybe the meltdown of the past three weeks was no accident. Maybe it’s all part of his new strategy to get the hell out of a race he never intended to see through to its end anyway. Because, unless he is just “crazy,” the only explanation for the unusual ramping up, day after day, of one disgustingly reckless statement after another is that he’s doing it consciously (or subconsciously) so that he’ll have to bow out or blame “others” for forcing him out. Many now are sensing the end game here because they know Trump seriously doesn’t want to do the actual job — and, most importantly, he cannot and WILL NOT suffer through being officially and legally declared a loser — LOSER! — on the night of November 8th. Trust me, I’ve met the guy. Spent an afternoon with him. He would rather invite the Clintons AND the Obamas to his next wedding than have that scarlet letter (“L”) branded on his forehead seconds after the last polls have closed on that night, the evening of the final episode of the permanently cancelled Donald Trump Shit-Show. Postscript: Don, if you’re reading this, do it soon. Give your pathetic party a chance to pick up the pieces and nominate Ryan or Romney so they can be the ones to lose the White House, the Senate, the House and yes, praise Jesus and the Notorious RBG, the Supreme Court. Don’t be too hard on yourself. You’re only the logical conclusion to a party that has lived off the currency of racism and bigotry and fellating the 1% for decades, and now their Trump has come home to roost.
