Today I want to finish talking about the atmic body.
I want you to fully realize how valuable it is to you and what an important role it plays in the life of every person who has embarked on a spiritual path.
This is the final “destination” of every Soul that has completed its wanderings in the three-dimensional world.
This is your Divine Gate to the world of high vibrations.
But you can finally enter these “Gates” only when all your other bodies are ready for it – when you dissolve all the blocks, all the dark spots, all the inclusions of negative thoughts and emotions that have settled there over many, many lives in the dual world.
You have already been given a lot of practices, meditations, advice on cleansing your bodies, so now I will give you only one universal advice and one very simple practice that you can use at any time, wherever you are.
Let's call it "Divine Gate" .
I advise you to do it first in nature, in a calm and harmonious state, in complete solitude.
And when you practice it to the point of automatism, you will be able to do it anywhere.
So, try to imagine yourself as a pure Soul, clothed in a physical shell.
You need to see yourself as a transparent, sparse silhouette.
Feel how your physical body expands, how the distance between its cells increases.
At this point, you may feel a slight tingling or vibration throughout your body.
It changes all its parameters – physical, biochemical, energetic.
This is no longer a dense, but a subtle body, and you can control it with your consciousness - change its shape, volume...
Your body has completely merged with the Soul, and it is truly Divine. It consists of pure energy of Love.
Its vibrations are so high that any negative thought or emotion instantly dissolves in this dazzling Divine Light.
You are the God-man.
You have found your true essence.
You have regained your lost positions.
You have returned to your roots.
Try, my dears, to learn to enter such a state and each time stay in it longer and longer, until you get so used to your true Divine body that you can no longer live differently.
And this will become the first stage of your Transition, since you will already live in the energy space of the Fifth dimension.
