So yes, there was some 'kick-up' of internal stuff for me, my partner & probably you too if you had a hard day yesterday or today.
Symptoms are typically fear - that hasn't appeared for a long time ... or grief ... or frustrations with work & endeavors.
It's because Pluto also moved into different houses within our personal astrological charts, and started plowing through the usual hidden blocks to 'eventually' help us manifest the best that Aquarius has to offer ... before & after the Event.
Well ... I'm not in the business of 'eventually' ...
... because to put it in clinical terms - I've got s@%t to do!
And I'm sure you're in the same boat ...
So instead of sitting there suffering, I just did an ICB for me & my partner, and the fear ... nervousness ... and uncertainty ... just went away.
Gone.
What came up for me, was all the lifetimes where military campaigns collapsed because of no funding and/or resources.
For wifey, it was the trauma of losing sacred sites and critical grid-points to the dark forces throughout many lifetimes, mostly on this planet.
So you'll want to set yourself free too of this mass 'kick-up' of whatever Pluto is churning up within you.
It allows you to transform your emotions & jump up in your own personal timeline to receive the true wonders & transformation Pluto in Aquarius can bring you.

Inner Earth Supreme Command.
There's a Council or Supreme Command of sorts, that manages the Inner Earth & Surface theater of war.
It's mostly a mix of Galactic Confederation - Agarthan & other Inner Earth nations - and Ashtar Command.
A surface liaison personnel has said that:
- they're using & stepping-up vast arrays of scalar-wave & other technologies to transmute & entrain the general dense energies of the surface
- this further accelerates the matching surface energies to Inner Earth frequencies
- like with Mjolnir Cannons, this alliance can only 'blast the surface' so much, as it overwhelms the surface population from the resulting accelerated evolution, cleansing & therefore life transformation. This is a different story for Starseeds doing real & proper inner work, however.
- this alliance has recently put more focus on critical grid-points/nexus points on the grids

- this expands surface penetration & presence of Inner-Earth & Off-World personnel
