This Special Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on November 30, 2022 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. Kim started off this broadcast saying we have only about 6,000 problem people left. She gave us the scoop on a new find related the control grids, which no one on the side of the light had ever seen before. She also shared more about who the Council of 9 are and what Source has given them the green light to do. She finished up by talking about how the wingnuts on both sides are still vying for political control and have no hope of accomplishing that task without any financial backing.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Non-Repairable Humans Update
As of yesterday, November 29th we have approximately 6,000 left and since we are getting to the public sector now reports of people actually dying are finally showing up in the media. However, there has been a little bit of stoppage due to some recent finds regarding more control mechanisms here on Earth.
7 Deadly Sins & Related Control Grids
Kim said what they just found no one has ever seen before and it was difficult to work through it. They found several control grids. Some were put here by the Dracos, some by the Reptilians behind the Order of the Black Sun and some by the Abraxas. We have several different types of control grids tied to the ‘Deadly Sins’. Kim gave an example of just one of them, addiction related to lust.
Lust & Addiction Control Grid
A person can lust for a lot of things, not just sex. It could be drugs, alcohol, power, etc., and when the person succumbs to whatever it is they were lusting for, well then it allowed them control over your energy because these control grids were tied to addiction for whatever the person lusts for. What this would cause is an etherical implant in the hypothalamus section of the brain. So, if a person didn’t have their ‘said poison’, they would get very anxious or go crazy like the Deep State people are now.
It’s also why the television programming network has gotten way more distorted over the years. In the 1960s when television first became popular, we had relatively clean programming. Then in the 1970s it started to ramp up with sex, drugs, and power which was designed to make us more susceptible to addiction and the related etherical implant in the brain. Once there it literally would give you all kinds of distorted thought processes which never went away and controls a person similar to a hive network. Kronos was the controller of the network. However, even after Kronos was gone it still continued to run an existing AI program.
Control Grids Linked to Stonehenge in the United Kingdom
The core crystal activator for this particular program was underneath Stonehenge. And the particular stones above it actually went to stars in the Orion Star system. So, it had the ability to loosh a person using the person’s ‘alleged consent’ and then it would send that loosh via this system. Now there was an elaborate system there that was known and that was terminated as part of an operation a few years back. But this situation is totally different in that you might not even realize the thing you might be addicted to, but that’s what the program pushed for.
The hypothalamus also got triggered by a flight or fight response, so it’s not only about the addiction but also about controlling your anxiety levels, all kinds of things which prompts you to look for comfort in some way, shape or form. Essentially it was trying to control the emotional plane of existence in your person using a higher level which was an etherical parasite and it would never let you get too far.
The rest of the seven deadly sins each had their own control grid which were being dismantled in the last 24-48 hours. Kim explained that when anything dies or is being removed like this parasite, it throws off a poison. So Kim and all the teams involved in deciding how to dismantle this, the New Earth Council and the Universal Council, they were all trying to figure out a way to get rid of this as safely as possible. They had to treat it very, very carefully so it didn’t spin out and spread poison everywhere. It took them about 24 hours to figure out how best to handle it. I didn’t really understand this next statement but she said the other Command Centers were at different points but they all pointed directly to the center of the Earth which used to be a negative. I think she was trying to convey that we weren’t the only ones being affected. This had a much larger impact than just us here on Earth.
Other ways they were putting implants in people that were tied to these facilities or control grids around the world were with chemtrails and jabs. These implants and grids have been functioning on our version of humanity for a very long time, so we might experience a few symptoms as we are going through the cleaning and clearing which will continue until the 3rd or 5th of December.
This is from Lisa Renee’s Ascension Glossary. I wonder if this is somewhat related to the system Kim mentioned they terminated a few years back. In any case I find it interesting, as is the Emerald Covenant. Maybe this is why Emeralds have always been my favorite gemstone!
Emerald Crystal Heart
Every human being on the planet was incarnated with the concealed Emerald hidden inside of them, which Holy Father placed inside of our body so that we would have the eternal heart flame that acted as the light beacon when travelling in the amplified darkness of a fallen phantom system. It would be up to us to find our inner Emerald to light our path as we journeyed in the Dark Aeon, and this could take us many lifetimes. The Cosmic Founders promise to us was made with the Emerald Covenant, that all souls in this Fallen Universe would eventually be found and returned back to their original spiritual home. This was the original divine plan of spiritual Ascension, the evolutionary journey through the astrological ages and Timelines which would facilitate our way back home, to remember our divine purpose and be reunited with God. Reviving the Emerald Crystal Heart
During the Dark Aeon after the Luciferian Rebellion, the eternal living light sentience of the Earth’s Emerald Crystal Heart and core heart tone resonance was turned off in the Crystal Core when the Alien Machinery was embedded throughout the planetary grid system. This further blocked the organic portal systems connected to the constellations and local star holographic maps, so that the planet could not receive organic star system transmissions that linked the star consciousness intelligence streams into the planetary grid, and into many sacred sites, solar temples and other geomantic features . These AI systems of sophisticated alien machinery were set up as energy harvesting devices that transmitted reversal current and metatronic codes to genetically modify the planet to be hospitable to the invading non-human species, while using the conquered territory as a consciousness prison. Most all of the planetary surface Holographic Geography, architectural features, ley line systems and existing pyramids and temples were installed with inorganic alien machinery that was forcing the grid network to connect directly into the Orion (Constellation) star system, which was the original home of the NAA invaders.

Who is The Council of 9? | What Has Source Given Them the Green Light To Do?
There is a group Kim hasn’t talked about much called the Council of 9. She said they are talked about on the Real History of Earth series and they are what we would consider Angels, so to speak. They were kind of a neutral group who were meant to keep balance in the multiverse, so the dark didn’t infest the light and the light didn’t infest the dark. They work directly for and under the will of Source and now that all of us predominantly transitioned to the side of the light and the remnants of darkness have cleared, Source has given the Council of 9 the order to fully integrate their own selves. Meaning they have been given the green light to transition to the side of the light and they are very happy about that . They will in turn then initiate us, as the final nexus planet to go to through this transition. So, we are beginning the initiation process of the full spirit of light so to speak, now that these control grids are being cleaned and cleared.
What Does this Initiation Process Mean for We the People?
We were scheduled to complete this initiation by the 8th of December, but the good news is we might be ahead of schedule since they found these remaining control grids. For us this means we will have our own free will and thought process back and eventually, but not immediately, we can possibly end all forms of addiction on this planet. This will be possible because the hypothalamus also affects our central nervous system and nerve receptors for things like drugs, (heroin, opium etc.) and all kinds of things. This will really change things for humans and enable us to progress faster.
What Does this Initiation Process Mean for the Deep State?
Now the Deep State people may lose their addiction for power. Will this mean they will then turn to the light? Maybe, which is why Kim said they all agreed to slow down on the removal of the remaining problem people, because they might turn the corner. Although she quickly followed that up by saying for these bloodlines power is so ingrained in their DNA that she highly doubts it will affect them much. But still they decided to give these remaining people a chance and opportunity for the benefit of all of us here on Earth, our visitors and those in the multiverse. So, they are waiting for these control grids to clear properly and everything to balance out in humans. That is very important, and then they will continue with their clean-up operations as needed.
What Is Going on During those Closed Door Meetings at the White House?
Regarding the closed-door meetings happening at the White House these days. Well, they are really hoping this alleged funding they are expecting, which is supposedly coming from the Dragon Families and the Order comes through. Some people believe it’s coming from the Rockefellers. They’re just throwing out all these big names like they have trillions of dollars to help them.
Federal Reserve
The Federal Reserve is at the helm of course. There is a lot of talk about converting to cryptocurrency and Kim already talked about why that won’t happen numerous times. In fact, there was another crypto marketplace that went down yesterday. They were tied to the FTX platform but she can’t recall the name at the moment. Anyway, the crypto currency market is going into the toilet. Last time they tried to recreate this whole XUSD based on in-ground resources in cooperation with Norway. This time it’s with Finland, utilizing Bain Capital, which is a large hedge fund out of Belgium. They tried to use what they think is a quantum computer, but it’s really not and nothing happened.
Kim did give credit to the NSA though for getting access to the Pentagon from underneath Arlington Cemetery this morning, to try and hack into some Satellites and CubeSats tied to an Armenia Space Agency. Evidently that attempt means they are really grasping at straws and proving Project Lincoln Logs is not too far off now.
Getting Republicans Back In Power | Not Going So Smooth?
They thought getting McCarthy and the Republicans back in power was going to go smoothly. But evidently not so much. That was mainly because the alternative media was saying Trump went to Switzerland last Weds and signed off on Nesara/Gesara. So of course, the greedy piglets think all this money is coming imminently and that flopped. Did some operative running the Trump shit show actually go to Switzerland last week? Kim doesn’t know, but she does know McCarthy was touting trillions of dollars of funding coming from his alleged Trump camp to support his bid for, firstly Speaker of the House and then secondly President before the end of the year. So, he got left high and dry by his Deep State buddies and now everyone is complaining because of course there is no money.

Who throws their hat in the ring now? That would be the Demon-crats of course. It’s such a mess in Washington DC right now and the blue team is saying their Dragon Family bosses will have the money by the end of today. We know what that means, both sides are going to end up high and dry.

But hey, there’s Kayne West’s birthday party going on in the mix. At least he has a pulse and is breathing all by himself though, unlike the majority running around there. Actually, he is making waves because of his political talks. So, what happened to him as a result of flapping his lips? His bank accounts were suddenly frozen. He was told that he owes $50 million to the IRS. Wonder why? Well, this is a classic example of red versus blue. Kanye went to Mara Lago a few days ago, so obviously he’s in support of that crazy train. And who runs the IRS? That would be the Blue Dragons or the Rothschilds. So, they are just getting back at him, the blue versus red.
Kim Still Watching the Losers from the Bleachers
Meanwhile Kim is still sitting in the bleachers with her box of popcorn watching them fight each other, and so are we. This craziness between the Democrats and Republicans, the blue versus red is going on globally. She was told years ago how they would eat each other alive and they absolutely are. Playing tit for tat to have control over the United States. Kim can save them some time because she knows who wins and it’s not either of them. He who controls the financial system need not care who makes its laws! Hum, now where have I heard that before? I love it when their own words get thrown back in their faces. Except they’ll never listen.
She said they have no clue what they are doing or where they are going. All they can focus on is getting political control. Both parties have made a bid for talking to the Global Repository allegedly, which is Kim of course, although she still hasn’t talked to anybody from either side. Maybe they are talking to Tom Melville or other people, but they certainly aren’t talking to her. And she already anticipates people who have some involvement with these crazy operatives will be yelling and screaming at her in the very near future. So just a reminder to them, she’s not involved. She doesn’t talk to the Dragon people or the Black Sun people and none of them want to talk to her either.
She said Deep State handlers have no clue how to run a country nor do they understand the economics of planet Earth and how it all works. Let’s just say they launched their crypto currency; it would never work. People would have to resort to the barter system. They don’t even have a plan. And how long will this power grab for the House continue? Who knows, but remember it’s just Hollywood for ugly people, a movie that doesn’t really affect us if we don’t let it. We’re certainly not in the movie, we just have seats in the theatre.
Pentagon Wants Proof Kim Can Send More Than a Single Dollar – Really?
The Pentagon recently requested Kim to send money again, but this time they asked that she send a lot more because a single dollar is not enough to prove she can do this. Meanwhile they intended to hack her system, which they won’t succeed at anyway.
She’s not a fool and she repeated again that she is not paying for their war and all those people they promised money to. She knows they took control of the Taliban, Al-Qaida, the Russian Oligarchs, etc. Whatever coin they are selling to all these people who knows, but she’s not involved and not playing their game. Now if they are willing to take orders from her and follow them to the letter, which will result in turning their governments around, well that’s another thing. If they want to come to the table and actually make money and move forward, she’s here. But if they are thinking once a dead Trump imposter is in office they’ll have automatic support, they will definitely be disappointed because as a general rule she doesn’t support dead people in office.
Here’s some basic requirements for her to even consider maybe possibly giving her support:
- Must be breathing on his own.
- Must be able to form a coherent thought all by himself.
- Must not be a pedophile, which will be really difficult finding amongst the Deep State on either side of the aisle.
