I used to feel lack all the time—like I wasn’t enough, like I didn’t do enough, and most often, like I didn’t have enough finances, especially compared to others. My mind would get stuck in these ideas, and it became hard to enjoy what I had. I was always reaching for more.

But I didn’t want more because I was greedy. I wanted more because I felt insecure. That’s how I had been conditioned to feel.

I hadn’t yet realized that money always came when I truly needed it—never too much, but never too little. I didn’t yet understand that I could simply rest and be, and that’s actually when my energy is at its highest.

Instead, I was constantly pushing: do more, be more, gain more.

Until one day, I clearly heard the voice of my spirit guides say:

“You are already everything.”

And I said:

“Yes, I know... but how can I really feel that? How can I live it?”

That’s when I understood: what I was truly lacking wasn’t money, it was a frequency. The shift from being a separate self to being everything and nothing at the same time.

I always thought that state was far away, something only mystics could reach in complete seclusion. But then, through the loving guidance of my spirit team, I came to remember—it’s what I already am. I am abundance. I had simply been conditioned to believe otherwise.

So I started to feel gratitude for the small things—day by day—until I realized… I was those things.

My finances began to increase. But still, my mind whispered:

“It’s not enough.”

Until one day I saw clearly:

It was enough. It always had been. It was exactly what I needed, in perfect balance.

My mind began to reshape itself. I trained it to think intentionally and to tune more and more into gratitude—until it discovered the truth: it is All That Is.

Now I’m here to share this remembrance with you.

Abundance is a frequency.

Once you learn how to generate it, your reality will begin to reflect it outward.

Finances are just the tip of the pyramid. The foundation is unconditional love.
