OUR JOINT ASCENSION (MATRYOSHKA PRACTICE)
Hello, my dear beloved souls!
Today we will continue our conversation about the atmic body and its interaction with other subtle bodies.
Unfortunately, some people have almost no connection with the atmic body. This applies to those who are completely immersed in the three-dimensional world and whose upper chakras are dormant.
It can be said that these people have a blocked connection with the Divine aspects of their soul. And there are most of such people on Earth.
Therefore, what I will talk about now applies to those who have an open and activated sixth chakra and who are able to navigate in the subtle worlds, since it is better for an unprepared person not to conduct experiments on leaving their physical body.
And I ask you, my dear ones, to take my warning very seriously.
Today I want to give you a small practice that will allow you to better feel your subtle bodies and connect with them with your consciousness.
And we will start with the simplest thing – with a meditation that we will call “Matryoshka” .
Enter a meditative state, breathe deeply, call upon Archangel Michael and all your Heavenly helpers.
And then imagine yourself as a nesting doll: the smallest one is your physical body, and then as it grows, all the others: etheric, emotional, mental, causal, buddhic and atmic.
You will see that their volume increases exponentially.
And then try to expand your bodies with your consciousness, and then, on the contrary, bring them almost together.
But this concerns only your five subtle bodies – starting with the emotional and ending with the atmic.
Your physical and etheric bodies remain motionless, but they are connected to the rest of the bodies by an invisible thin energy cord that has the property of stretching to infinity.
If you only knew, my dears, how perfect a construction the human body is, especially the high-vibration one, which has already reached the Divine level of its existence, and what limitless possibilities it possesses...
So, “play” with your bodies like an accordion, stretching them as wide as possible and then bringing them together.
Admire their beautiful colours.
Feel their density - each body has its own. The further it is from the physical body, the more rarefied it is.
You need to learn to feel your subtle bodies as well as you feel parts of your physical body: arms, legs, head.
Do this exercise several times a day until it becomes a habit for you.
And after this we will move on to the next stage of working with subtle bodies.
