Federation of Light: And we offer the same Greeting to you, Blossom, and Each and Every One. Although we would like to say that we wish to say …

HAPPY NEW DAY … HAPPY NEW HOUR … HAPPY NEW MOMENT … HAPPY NEW BREATH.

For it is that within each new inhalation you are breathing in a NEW experience for you/of you … to BE.

As we have many times spoken of, the breath is of such importance. It is a connection to THE WHOLE. You are here upon Earth … EACH ONE CONNECTED.

You breathe in, you breathe out. You breathe in, you breathe out. Every living thing does so. ALL LIVING things … so in that sense, you are breathing in the breath of another … that has breathed out.

Mm. I understand the concept of the connection, yet in meditation, for instance, one is asked to take a deep breath in and then exhale all negativity. So, wouldn’t that mean we are inhaling everyone’s exhale of negativity?

Yet, you are asked to breathe in Positive Energy.

True.

You see, Blossom, One is understanding more and more of INTENTION. The INTENTION of anything one chooses to take action upon is what allows the Energy of that ‘anything’ to become what it is.

When there is intention of pure Love in ALL that you do … it becomes YOU.

There eventually shall be a Radiating Light from within that is understood on a permanent basis that gives out ONLY PURE INTENTION. So that one no longer has to consciously state the intention … You become the INTENTION OF ONLY PURE LOVE.

There is a strength arising in a New form to Each One.

An understanding of WHO YOU ARE.

As this understanding increases, more capabilities of SELF EMPOWERMENT present themselves to the Self because the Soul is allowing the ‘next Phase’ of the Self to enter in.

So, are you saying we grow more into our Light via different phases?

Yes. In a sense, as a way to describe your ‘Evolution’ on a personal scale.

I get what you are saying because I feel it.

Do you see, Blossom? Little by little, as you find more of you … you increase the POWER within you because you are accepting the Truth of YOU.

This is one of those ‘matters’ that is difficult to put into words.

It can only be felt, and when it is felt, it is realised, and one is able to put more and more of this realisation into practice.

Would you say you have improved your status greatly regarding accepting simply ‘WHAT IS’ and ‘letting it go’?

Definitely. Although sometimes I wonder if I have ‘hardened’ due to Goody’s passing and don’t allow the emotion of anything to even touch the sides anymore. To the point sometimes, that perhaps I have become ‘cold-hearted’ … as they say.

Do you REALLY feel that as a Truth, Blossom?

I know my heart is not cold. Yet, I do have a switch now that stops me from feeling the deeper emotion of something, because I hate crying! I have had enough of crying. I know one should not hold things in etc etc, yet, it has become my way of coping. That’s the way it is.

You are protecting your Heart, Blossom. It does not mean it has become ‘cold’.

Ok. I won’t ponder on this, as it is rather selfish. Yet I presume others who have done the same through deep grief may have needed to hear this. Now then, where were we? ‘Intention’, I believe.

Correct. Perhaps one may consider starting the day with The Mantra, followed by … ‘IT IS MY INTENTION TODAY TO SERVE THE WHOLE FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL.’

Or if one is out and about … ‘IT IS MY INTENTION IN THIS MOMENT TO LIFT THE ENERGY OF ALL LIVING THINGS AROUND ME’.

You understand our ‘intention’ here?

Indeed, I do. Basically … to put ‘It is my intention …’ before an action.

Or thought. For instance. It is my intention to send Love to  …

You have all upgraded yourselves … into a Higher version. How? By your intent to BE LOVE and CHANGE YOUR WORLD.

Are you all recognising how your thoughts are now so much more ‘Love-filled’?

Are you recognising how quickly you pick up on a lesser Loving thought and immediately turn it into a more Loving one?

When you consider how many of you have awakened to yourself in this way … imagine then the difference it is making to the Energy of your ENTIRE PLANET.

Because …

YOU ARE UNDERSTANDING IN MORE INTRICATE DETAIL …

HOW TO PLAY THE GAME!

HOW THE GAME WORKS!

You are understanding that to indulge in the patterns that do not serve … DO NOT SERVE … ANYONE … ANYTHING.

You are understanding that to moan and complain about the state of affairs on your Planet only makes them worse. For you are adding to the Energy of that level … instead of sending Light to it and carrying on with your day of PURE INTENTION to LIFT THAT ENERGY … BY ENJOYING BEING WHO YOU ARE.

Some would say … again … back to … By not feeling another’s sorrow … one has become cold hearted.

Some can say whatever they like, Blossom. It matters not what others say. If you know better … if it resonates with you to send Love, then do so. If it resonates to add to the sorrow by indulging in the monstrosities of what takes place, then do so.

As we always say … Choice. Each and Every One has a choice.

YOU CHOOSE. YOU DECIDE HOW YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE.

I might pull you up on that one, for we don’t always have a say in how we want our lives to be. Life happens to us. Circumstances happen to us, that we wouldn’t in a million years CHOOSE! And I know you are going to say … ‘That is where you are wrong’.

Correct. That is where you are wrong!

I do find it hard to grasp that we attract to us all that our Soul has asked for, in order to grow and expand in and of ourselves.

And yet, that is exactly how it is.

One could argue in depth about how someone would choose a life that is absolutely terrible from start to finish … caused by the hand of another, so to speak.

One indeed could argue that, Blossom. We do not care to argue. We care only to inform you of knowledge that may seem difficult to comprehend from your position. This does not mean that from ‘elsewhere’ you would accept and awaken to this ‘assumption’ fully.

Dearest Souls … YOUR HIGHER KNOWING KNOWS!

Therefore … TRUST IT.

To keep on topic …

YOU KNOW THAT PURE INTENTIONAL LOVE … AT ALL TIMES … NO MATTER WHAT … FLOWING THROUGH YOUR BEING … OUT TO THE WORLD … OUT INTO ANOTHER’S HEART … IS WHO YOU ARE.

YOU KNOW IT … BECAUSE IT FEELS RIGHT … IT FEELS YOU!

DO THIS AT ALL TIMES.

BE AWARE OF THAT HIGHER LOVE THAT YOU NOW KNOW YOURSELVES TO BE …. FLOWING THROUGH YOU … CONTINUALLY.

FLOWING INTO YOU … FLOWING THROUGH YOU …

A CONSTANT STREAM OF PURER INTENTIONAL LOVE GIVEN TO YOU AND GIVEN OUT BY YOU.

THIS … DEAREST SOULS … THIS … IS YOU!

It does feel good to know. Even when one is struggling with life’s ups and downs, deep within … our Higher purpose remains. It may fall off the wagon now and then … get tired and want to give up … Yet, we can choose to FOCUS on that which we know to be TRUE … LOVE. For me , it is the only thing that makes sense!

It makes sense, Blossom … because AS YOU KNOW … ULTIMATELY THAT IS ALL THERE IS .

LOVE LOVE LOVE.

It fascinates me … that for 20 years you have talked about Love and yet, as we lift our Beings, through choice … we find out more and more about it … THAT I LOVE!

Blossom and Each One, there is indeed, so much more … MUCH MUCH MORE TO FIND OUT ABOUT IT. Is that not a very exciting prospect?

YES. IT IS. I shall wait patiently to discover ‘more of it’, as I choose what steps I take to get me there. Thank you, Guys. In Gratitude. In Loving Service I AM.

¡Primero del Año Nuevo!

Blossom: ¡Bienvenidos! ¡Feliz Año Nuevo!

Federación de la Luz: Y te ofrecemos el mismo saludo, Blossom, y a todos y cada uno. Aunque nos gustaría decir que deseamos decir...

FELIZ NUEVO DÍA… FELIZ NUEVA HORA… FELIZ NUEVO MOMENTO… FELIZ NUEVO ALIENTO.

Porque es que dentro de cada nueva inhalación estás respirando una NUEVA experiencia para ti/de ti… SER.

Como hemos mencionado muchas veces, la respiración es fundamental. Es una conexión con el TODO. Estás aquí en la Tierra… CADA UNO CONECTADO.

Inhalas, exhalas. Inhalas, exhalas. Todo ser vivo lo hace. TODOS los seres vivos… así que, en ese sentido, estás respirando el aliento de otro… que ha exhalado.

Entiendo el concepto de conexión, pero en la meditación, por ejemplo, se nos pide que inhalemos profundamente y luego exhalemos toda la negatividad. Entonces, ¿no significaría eso que estamos inhalando la negatividad de todos?

Aún así, se te pide que respires Energía Positiva.

Verdadero.

Verás, Blossom, cada vez comprendemos mejor la INTENCIÓN. La INTENCIÓN de cualquier cosa que elijamos hacer es lo que permite que la Energía de ese "algo" se convierta en lo que es.

Cuando hay intención de Amor puro en TODO lo que haces… se convierte en TI.

Eventualmente, surgirá una Luz Radiante desde el interior, comprendida de forma permanente, que emana SOLO INTENCIÓN PURA. Para que ya no sea necesario expresar conscientemente la intención… Te conviertes en la INTENCIÓN SOLO DE AMOR PURO.

Hay una fuerza que surge en una nueva forma para cada uno.

Una comprensión de QUIÉN ERES.

A medida que aumenta esta comprensión, se presentan más capacidades de AUTOEMPODERAMIENTO al Ser porque el Alma está permitiendo que la "próxima Fase" del Ser entre.

Entonces, ¿estás diciendo que crecemos más en nuestra Luz a través de diferentes fases?

Sí. En cierto sentido, como una forma de describir tu “Evolución” a escala personal.

Entiendo lo que dices porque lo siento.

¿Lo ves, Blossom? Poco a poco, a medida que descubres más de ti misma… aumentas tu PODER interior porque estás aceptando tu Verdad.

Éste es uno de esos asuntos que resulta difícil expresar con palabras.

Sólo se puede sentir, y cuando se siente, se realiza, y uno es capaz de poner cada vez más de esta realización en práctica.

¿Dirías que has mejorado mucho tu estatus en cuanto a aceptar simplemente “LO QUE ES” y “dejarlo ir”?

Definitivamente. Aunque a veces me pregunto si me he "endurecido" con la muerte de Goody y ya no permito que la emoción de nada me toque. Hasta el punto, a veces, de que quizás me he vuelto "insensible", como dicen.

¿REALMENTE sientes eso como una Verdad, Blossom?

Sé que mi corazón no es frío. Sin embargo, ahora tengo un interruptor que me impide sentir las emociones más profundas de algo, ¡porque odio llorar! Ya he tenido suficiente de llorar. Sé que uno no debe guardarse las cosas, etc., etc., pero se ha convertido en mi forma de afrontarlo. Así es.

Estás protegiendo tu Corazón, Blossom. Eso no significa que se haya enfriado.

Bueno. No reflexionaré sobre esto, ya que es bastante egoísta. Sin embargo, supongo que otros que han pasado por lo mismo a pesar de un profundo dolor tal vez necesitaron escuchar esto. Ahora bien, ¿dónde estábamos? «En la intención», creo.

Correcto. Quizás se podría considerar comenzar el día con el Mantra, seguido de… « MI INTENCIÓN HOY ES SERVIR A TODOS PARA EL MAYOR BIEN DE TODOS».

O si uno está fuera de casa… 'ES MI INTENCIÓN EN ESTE MOMENTO ELEVAR LA ENERGÍA DE TODOS LOS SERES VIVOS A MI ALREDEDOR'.

¿Entiendes nuestra intención aquí?

Sí, lo hago. Básicamente… anteponer «Es mi intención…» a una acción.

O pensamiento. Por ejemplo. Es mi intención enviar amor a...

Todos se han elevado a una versión superior. ¿Cómo? Con su intención de SER AMOR y CAMBIAR SU MUNDO.

¿Estáis todos reconociendo cómo vuestros pensamientos están ahora mucho más “llenos de amor”?

¿Te das cuenta de lo rápido que captas un pensamiento menos amoroso y lo transformas inmediatamente en uno más amoroso?

Cuando consideren cuántos de ustedes han despertado a sí mismos de esta manera… imaginen entonces la diferencia que esto está generando en la Energía de TODO su PLANETA.

Porque …

ESTÁS ENTENDIENDO CON MÁS DETALLES…

¡CÓMO JUGAR EL JUEGO!

¡CÓMO FUNCIONA EL JUEGO!

Estás entendiendo que caer en patrones que no sirven… NO SIRVEN… A NADIE… A NADA.

Estás comprendiendo que quejarte y lamentarte por la situación en tu Planeta solo la empeora. Porque estás aumentando la Energía de ese nivel… en lugar de enviarle Luz y continuar con tu día de PURA INTENCIÓN para ELEVAR ESA ENERGÍA… DISFRUTANDO DE SER QUIEN ERES.

Algunos dirían… otra vez… volvamos a… Al no sentir el dolor del otro… uno se ha vuelto frío de corazón.

Algunos pueden decir lo que quieran, Blossom. No importa lo que digan los demás. Si sabes más… si te resuena enviar amor, hazlo. Si te resuena añadir más dolor al dejarte llevar por las monstruosidades de lo que sucede, hazlo.

Como siempre decimos… Elección. Cada uno tiene una opción.

TÚ ELIGES. TÚ DECIDES CÓMO QUIERES QUE SEA TU VIDA.

Quizás te reclame eso, porque no siempre tenemos voz y voto en cómo queremos que sean nuestras vidas. La vida nos sucede. Nos suceden circunstancias que ni en un millón de años elegiríamos. Y sé que dirás: «Ahí es donde te equivocas».

Correcto. ¡Ahí es donde te equivocas!

Me resulta difícil comprender que atraemos hacia nosotros todo lo que nuestra Alma ha pedido, para crecer y expandirnos en nosotros mismos.

Y, sin embargo, así es exactamente.

Se podría discutir en profundidad sobre cómo alguien elegiría una vida absolutamente terrible de principio a fin… causada por la mano de otro, por así decirlo.

Se podría argumentar eso, Blossom. No nos interesa discutir. Solo nos interesa informarte sobre conocimientos que podrían parecer difíciles de comprender desde tu perspectiva. Esto no significa que desde "otro lugar" aceptes y despiertes plenamente a esta "suposición".

Queridas almas… ¡VUESTRO SABER SUPERIOR LO SABE!

Por lo tanto… CONFÍA EN ELLO.

Para mantenernos en el tema…

SABES QUE EL AMOR PURO INTENCIONAL… EN TODO MOMENTO… SIN IMPORTAR QUÉ… FLUYENDO A TRAVÉS DE TU SER… HACIA EL MUNDO… HACIA EL CORAZÓN DEL OTRO… ES QUIEN ERES.

LO SABES… PORQUE SE SIENTE BIEN… ¡LO SIENTES A TI!

HAGA ESTO EN TODO MOMENTO.

SEA CONSCIENTE DE ESE AMOR SUPERIOR QUE AHORA SABEN QUE SON… FLUYENDO A TRAVÉS DE USTEDES… CONTINUAMENTE.

FLUYENDO DENTRO DE TI… FLUYENDO A TRAVÉS DE TI…

UNA CORRIENTE CONSTANTE DE AMOR INTENCIONAL MÁS PURO DADO A TI Y DADO POR TI.

ESTO… QUERIDAS ALMAS… ESTO… ¡SON USTEDES!

Se siente bien saberlo. Incluso cuando uno lucha con los altibajos de la vida, en lo más profundo de su ser… nuestro propósito superior permanece. Puede que nos desmoronemos de vez en cuando… que nos cansemos y queramos rendirnos… Sin embargo, podemos elegir ENFOCARNOS en lo que sabemos que es VERDADERO: el AMOR. Para mí, ¡es lo único que tiene sentido!

Tiene sentido, Blossom… porque COMO SABES… EN ÚLTIMA HORA, ESO ES TODO LO QUE HAY.

AMOR AMOR AMOR.

Me fascina… que durante 20 años hayas hablado del Amor y sin embargo, a medida que elevamos nuestro Ser, a través de la elección… descubrimos más y más sobre ello… ¡ESO ME ENCANTA!

Blossom y Each One, sin duda hay mucho más... MUCHO MÁS POR DESCUBRIR. ¿No es una perspectiva emocionante?

SÍ. LO ES. Esperaré pacientemente para descubrir más, mientras decido qué pasos dar para llegar allí. Gracias, chicos. Con gratitud. En servicio amoroso, YO SOY.
