Beloved soul,

You are entering a new cycle of clarity, and in order to fully receive what is meant for you, you must now release what is not.

Letting go is not a loss, it is a return.

A return to truth.

A return to alignment.

A return to yourself.

So much of what you carry was never yours:

Old fears inherited from others.

Expectations that were never aligned with your path.

Heavy thoughts that do not match your frequency.

The body remembers these imprints.

The nervous system reacts to energies that are no longer present but have not been fully released.

And so we gently guide you now: it is time to let it all go.

Letting go does not mean forgetting or erasing the past. It means no longer feeding energy to what drains you.

Speak it aloud. Feel it in your breath. Choose it with love.

Intentions for Release

Say these out loud or silently in a moment of stillness:

I allow all energies that no longer serve me to gently leave my field.

I return any emotions, thoughts, or burdens that are not mine to their rightful place.

I make space for peace, clarity, and joy.

I trust the natural unfolding of my life.

I release with gratitude. I receive with grace.

Prayer of Release and Renewal

I now give myself full permission to let go.

Let go of fear, of pressure, of holding what is not mine.

Let go of old roles, past pain, and tired beliefs.

I call upon my guides, the Pleiadian Council, and the Light of my Higher Self.

Surround me now with support and healing frequencies.

Wash my field of all that is outdated.

Clear my heart of all that is heavy.

I ask to be returned to my natural state — open, light, trusting.

I breathe in freedom.

I breathe out all resistance.

I am safe to release.

I am safe to begin again.

And so it is.

Take time after this to sit quietly or walk in nature. Drink clear water. Let your body feel the shift. Release is not just mental — it is cellular. Be gentle. Let the new arrive softly.
