*"Shoulds" refers to all those invisible pressure-cookies we feed ourselves when we think we must behave a certain way to be good, successful, or accepted. 
"Well hello, sugarplum! Yes, you. I see you there, chasing coins like they’re rare fireflies and trying to fill your bank account like a squirrel hoarding acorns for a very dramatic winter.
Let’s take a breath together. In through your nose. Out through that beautiful nose, too. Ahh. Now let’s talk abundance, the real kind. Not the spreadsheet kind. The soul-satisfying, strawberry-scented, “I actually like waking up” kind.
Darling starseed, real abundance begins inside. And no, that’s not just a pretty fridge magnet quote. It’s intergalactic engineering. You see, your outward reality? It’s just a very obedient pancake batter. Whatever you mix in: self-love, delight, freedom, or… guilt, resentment, and obligation, that’s what cooks up on your pan. You can’t stir in vinegar and expect chocolate.
So let me give it to you straight with a bit of whipped Pleiadian cream:
When you start living by “I have to…”, you begin leaking your life-force like a helium balloon at a five-year-old’s birthday party. “I have to work.” “I have to be productive.” “I have to smile while answering emails I don’t even want to open.”
Well, guess what? The Universe hears that and says:
“Oh! They enjoy pressure pie with a side of duty sauce. Let’s serve that up!”
But when you switch the recipe… when you begin treating yourself like the treasure you actually are… when you say:
 “I want to create something because it lights me up.”
 “I am valuable just because I exist.”
 “I dance because I feel like a dancing starfish in a warm tide.”
…then the mirror shifts.
Relationships soften. Opportunities giggle toward you.
Money becomes a friend again, not a judge with a clipboard.
Because, my sweet potato dumpling, abundance is not something you hunt.
It lives in you already. Not in the job, not in the deal, not in how many crystals you have in your sock drawer. It’s in the way you hold your own heart gently, even when it’s bruised.
So. Final thought:
Don’t try to impress the Universe with effort.
Impress it with your joy. 
And please, whatever you do: stop baking your life out of “shoulds.” The flavor is awful.
