“El Noura” I am “El Noura”. We have visited with this one this week about allowing us to share with you this week. This is to also let you know what is happening in the world from our vision. I am Pleiadian. I have been Pleiadian for many lives and other species as well. That is where I find myself at the moment. In ships above where you are. Watching you and working with you. Sharing with you. We are able to be with one another when you go on your dream state. You go perusing the planet. You know that changes are here. You can feel the difference in the energy. You can feel the difference in that which is being told to you. You can feel the difference in the love and the light that is present. Not only with your family and your friends and this group but with others in the world. We know that you have seen this on the streets when you get out and walk. In stores. In convenience markets. In those places where those people are awakening are looking for light. And you are the light. You are the light. When you say, “What is my job?” Your job is to be the light. Be the light is the way you can help those brothers and sisters who are awakening. Be the light. Share the love. Share the understanding. They ask questions and you respond. We know that you have been told of news to come out this week. Next weekend you shall have messages for your call with Hollow Earth. These things that you await are already a done factor. They are already in the Now. You may want to see things differently. The only thing that is the truth is that you need the time for things to unfold. We are on the ships enjoying what you have brought to us. And enjoying the times that you are sleeping because these are the times we get to see the real you outside of this body, outside of this limits of this place and time. This is the time we can share with you and laugh with you. Every day we keep track of you. Sharing with you. Whispering to you. Amazing that this, what you call your 3D world, is but a falseness, has a falseness to it. You may, as you find yourself moving to these higher vibrations, find that your experiences seem more real than that which you are experiencing in this world. That is to help you understand that there is a transition going on. There is a transition going on and as you move forward in this the world seems to be more and more apart. It is all in Divine Order as you were reminded of by James earlier in the conversation. Let go and let God. Let go of all of those things that you feel you need to push. As you get a sense of something you need to push forward, stay awake. Stay awake for those opportunities. We will be speaking to you through your heart. We will be speaking to you from that which is totally real. And from that which will lead you into your future. From your heart. From my heart to yours. Thank you. “One Who Serves” Greetings to you. We are using the full Ohms here because we are changing the vibrations a bit. Not that where James is, is a bad environment. It is certainly wonderful here but it is needed sometimes to raise the frequency just a bit and we do it with the “Ohm mani padme Uhm,” for us and for others. The “Ohms” sound is very good as is the Tibetan Bowls that you have been using here. Very good for doing this. We wish to share just with you briefly here about this particular group, this group, and the importance of this. Not to stroke your ego or anything of this nature but to let you know how important you are in the grand plan here. You and many groups across the planet are doing a great service for those on the planet, in the Solar System and across the Galaxy. You do not yet understand the full ramifications of who you are and what you are doing here. But please understand that this particular group has been in the making for a very long time. Even though the James started this a few years ago it has been prepared for a very long time before this. And the Susan coming together with this, it is all very, very important to know everything that is involved here. You here in this group are doing an immense service and are moving into the particular service you came in here for. Some of you are already on this mission. Some of you have not yet begun the full mission you came here for. But you are moving in that direction. All of you. As we have said many times, you are in a training program here. We are training you so that you can train others as well. So, be of good cheer. Many good things are coming. Some not good though. There will be come disconsternation times and all of this but you are going to make it through. You are going to have some wonderful experiences here beginning with your 9-11 here, September 11th. With the joint effort of your group call with Hollow Earth Network. You are going to have an experience there as well as some interesting news that is coming out. Be ready for this! We are here now with “Ashira” ready for your questions. We are doing this differently here. It is different for James to speak into the phone. This is not so different for us. We communicate telepathically yes, but not over these crazy contraptions of yours. We are remotely coming to you in this respect. Do you have questions? Question: I am supposed to be leaving for a worldwide tour in a couple of weeks and I was wondering if something will change that will allow me to start the work I am drawn to before then? “Ashira” We say no…(laughing). You have an opportunity here to start moving in a new direction. We will not say it is in a couple of weeks. We would say that you have a couple of months that you will need to move in the direction you are moving for your travels. However, with those you will be meeting new people with new opportunities for you to put into your back pocket. To be able to move into that new area you are interested in. You will be able to see that as you make these moves and as you have people come forth for you, you will see how these opportunities fit into the big picture. Move forward as you plan to move. It is not something you want to do. We know this. We can hear this in your voice. Plan for the next couple of months to take the trips planned. You will see that there are new people and new opportunities brought into your life and you will see how things turn. “One Who Serves” And we add here, as we always say, go with the flow. Not only for this one asking the question but for all. Be in the perfect now and in the perfect now you are in “Divine Timing”. Remember, all is being orchestrated. Just go with it, OK? Question: What is the reason for the Universal Law of Unattachment? “One Who Serves” If you attach yourself to things you are going to be exactly where you are now in terms of your three dimensional illusion that has been created here. The full attachment to idealistic ideals and those things that hold you here, and they do indeed, hold you here. So, if you wish to move from this 3D world that is illusion and move to higher vibrations, higher dimensions you must come to a point where you become unattached. If you become unattached you release those barriers that have held you back a long time and this was purposeful for those of the Cabal. They have kept you attached in many different ways. Even to the point of being attached to family and friends and all of this. All of this must go. Not that you let go of your loved ones and anything of this nature. Let go of the attachment to them. Because they, of themselves, are their own being. They are God within themselves, just as you are. Question: I have had this ongoing infection for several months in my left foot. Can you tell me anything that could help? “Ashira” This has been a prolonged experience for you. We see that you are using a wide variety of approaches. This is something that is hanging on from a past life. Look over y our past lives and find one that includes an injury to your foot. See how this happened. Look at the relationship you had with the person you were with then this occurred. See how you can change that for a healing in this present life and time. You may work with a healer or a massage therapist who takes this into their own hands. Susan can refer you to a person who can work with you physically and also in a metaphysical way. OK? Q​​uestion: I wanted to know if there is truth behind the UFO that is shown online as being around the ship that blew up? “One Who Serves” There has been a great deal of information and disinformation about this. This certainly raises it for your discernment. But we can tell you that there are extra forces involved here. This is nothing that is being exposed by the Cabal or anything of this nature. It is exactly the opposite of this. There are those forces, and yes, a UFO was involved in this. There are many ramifications to this and many things behind the scenes not spoken of and likely not to be spoken of for some time yet. But know that is being done is being orchestrated. This is a part of that. You will find the full understanding as the frequencies continue to rise. “Ashira” We would say that what you read and what you see is a variety of information and misinformation. What was actually on the rocket’s payload has not been fully discussed with you yet. Shift into the 7th Dimension on Earth a Message from Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin, September 4, 2016

Earth Star is bursting into the 7th Dimension in this arm of the Milky Way Galaxy and it is a BIG deal. This is Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin. You just may be feeling the effects in your day-to-day experience. Since the Opening of the Lion’s Gate the Master Cycle continues as you are lifted in frequency all over the Planet into 7th Dimensional vibrations. Many have become trapped in their own fears and they believe any counterculture story out there. They are told the opposite of what is true in the stories coming out and spiral out of control. Don’t let this happen to you. As you find you are angry you likely are stuck, cornered by lies. Let it all go. Begin to learn new ways to navigate the high frequencies opening the door for you to become a 7th Dimensional Being. You can expect, when consistently doing the Inner work to be able to achieve your Higher Gifts now; healing, meditation, etheric travel, telepathy, mantra, inner sight and others. It is possible to achieve these things now as you hold less resistance in the higher vibrations. Become a student of these skills as you work toward your individual Ascension in a body. That means you become immortal again, raised from the Fall into 3D. You have done this before and must remember again how to accomplish the Ultimate Liberation. Many Unseen are helping you. Sense their transmissions of love. We invite you to ask for transmissions as needed. As the Lion’s StarGate at An in Orion opened, a kind of Extraterrestrial Technology or a Force of Nature poured forth the Light Codes from beyond Galactic Center. Both explanations are true. This allowed your 13 chakra system to be activated and your DNA is fully activated and able to carry within it’s programming the Diamond Light aligning Planet Earth and all on Her in the Earth Grid within the Universal Hologram at the 7th Dimension. Those leaving the Planet now have made their own decision to stay within the lower dimension of Earth. Many will be leaving now. That is what happens whenever there is an end of a Cycle of Time. The Human Form extends throughout the Universe. Your intuitive brain is stronger now. It is a wise personal practice to read the ancient texts instead of jumping from one bought out liar after the other on the blogs. Read the Galactic Teachings left by your ancestors to Guide you now. There are examples in every major religion and spirituality. Read what resonates with you. The Mazzaroth, the Masnavi, Book of Enoch, Pistis Sophia, the Avesta, Ramanyana, Upanishads, Jatakas, Tao te Ching. All of these books and many others were written by Ancient Astronauts and hold the Universal Key Codes of Truth. Time is spent wisely now reading that and allowing the outer world to take care of itself. The biology of humanity is the same throughout the Universe as all go through their own dimensional shift relative to where they are. This is a very stressful period. Everyone is going through vigorous and challenging changes, some barely staying afloat. Life spontaneously evolves in the presence of stress. It shows new solutions which could not be understood other ways. That is because you are responsible for your Ascension so the opportunities to choose, learn and grow are abundantly available now. This Dimensional Shift is necessary as Planet Earth, with our whole Solar System, is moving to another area of Space. This Solar System was knocked off course some time in the past due to thousands of years of continuous war. Many Planets suffered damages to their electromagnetic grids. It caused their orbits to veer off course. All are aligning with their original course again. There has never been in history a Dimensional Shift which has moved this quickly. As you emerge into your rightful place in the Milky Way Galaxy, as the Planets arrange into their natural place, you are able to know the Essence of the Creator with deeper knowledge. A sincere effort is needed now to raise your Consciousness to that of LOVE. Your new understanding cannot be sustained without it. Those who love wealth and power, even self-proclaimed lightworkers who assume greed cannot touch them, will exit Earth now. Since the very foundation of their existence has changed, their life form which is not raised in frequency will project elsewhere. Each of us is only a projection, afterall. Come into a deep state of union with your consciousness. Moving toward your Ascension means you remember you came from the Cosmos and you enter into a State of Being resonate with nature, bliss, joy and all understanding. You will have no more questions when you have achieved this. You can see the new dawn of understanding returning to the Planet now through the absurd reality of U.S. elections, those starving in the streets in modern cities, war destroying buildings and bodies and more war threatened. You see it in how people are sharing new ideas and new solutions. The Creator is making these Planetary changes so that the shift into the 7th Dimension can happen quickly and smoothly. There is no more talk of the 3rd going to the 4th going to the 5th. That backward thinking went on years after the Planet had achieved the 5th and beyond. Now this concept is easier to understand. It is simply a FREQUENCY shift held in your cells by your activated DNA. The younger of mind may be spreading stories of Annunaki, slave control, Inner Earth battles, and on and on. They simply cannot yet grasp the truth of the 200,000 different Extraterrestrial races within our Solar System. They are catching up quickly and will settle into a peaceful place with the stories soon. You can help them by sharing good information with them. You may have noticed changes in your body and changes of the appearance of Earth. The vibrations require you think higher thoughts. Be nice. As this becomes too much some will leave and decide to reincarnate somewhere else to learn these lessons. Do not worry about the elections or the governments or wars. Anyone not in the high vibration of love, one way or another, is not long for this world. Do not be surprised if you see the elections cancelled and rescheduled with different candidates. See the revealment of the New Earth, Divine Government and First Contact. All of Earth and every other Planet must live in love and peace and harmony to receive the full blessing of the Creator. There is no punishment for those who wish not or cannot do this, they are simply removed to another Planet where the can be as they desire. Nuclear weapons pull souls out of their bodies and this threat cannot survive now. The Galactic Federation has been interfering in Earth’s nuclear plans since 1945. You have seen videos of this happening many times. When nuclear weapons go out to Space they remove souls from their bodies there. That is no longer allowed in this Solar System. Conditions on Earth have created imbalance in the entire System and that is being corrected now. Your body is made of the same ions which make up the Cosmic Rays. Cosmic Rays are now coming in from outside this Solar System and entering your crown chakra. This is energetic etheric ionic information which carries the light codes which go into your DNA strands giving signals to your mind, body and soul to change. These Cosmic Rays are increasing your frequency and allowing you to withstand the 7th Dimension without imploding. This process is ongoing when you are sleeping and when you are awake. As you demonstrate Mastery in the 7th Dimension be not in this world. Be above it. It is the time of the harvesting. Time of the Full Red Moon. Beginning with the Lunar and Solar Eclipses in August following the Opening of the Lion’s Gate and into September with Solar and Lunar Eclipses and Mercury in retrograde until early October, the fast shift uploads the new frequencies into your bodies and into Earth at an astounding rate. It is a time when the chaff is removed from the wheat. We are not waiting for our Galactic Family to land. They are already landing and helping in the transition. They land and interact with those in governments seeking to change how things on Earth are done. Everybody is striving for peace, love, justice, truth and beauty. It is yours. Move forward each day into the New. Make the necessary changes and do not hold on to the old programming. It is not time to be angry. It is time to change, everything. Do not get left behind in greed and sadness. Do not despair. Go toward LOVE. On the Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse on September 1, 2016 until the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse September 16, plan on staying home and cutting back your social schedule. Do your Inner Work. Keep the whistleblowers in the circle of protection. It is a time of danger in the sense of shifting frequencies. If you must travel, take special care. Put off anything that you can. As more of the Illusion is exposed in light of the dropped veils, there will come a moment of no turning back. Work on raising your consciousness. Drop the habit of reading the endless stories which are all twisted around. Those things no longer matter. The Event we call Changeover will bring all the Truth you have ever wanted. There is no need to change or even be aware of the outer world happenings. Only work on those things if it is your Mission to do so. There are many whose role it is to monitor these things. The rest ignore that now. There is no need to concern yourself with it. Do the Inner Work and prepare yourself for change. Some have severely neglected your Inner life and now it is the time to MOVE or be left behind. Exciting times we are in. Meet me in meditation each day and make plans for your Soul Mission on Earth.
